Anyways, The OCG on HP seems off to me, but I don't know why... I think it should be 'Discard 1 Monster Card to select 1 card in your opponent's hand., rather than a period.

 

Otherwise, I think it is a great card with an interesting effect. 8/10

I just don't like rating all the time. I'd rather RP (Although YCM Rps suck for the most part), and talk in clubs. I do go there occasionally, and recent 1-on-1's have me thinkin' 'bout it.

Lets just say inspiring card makers don't want to be rated by someone who has perfect wins and doesn't like improving people. Not saying that you are that, but I usually hang around that area.

[spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be Special Summoned. You must Tribute 3 monsters to Normal Summon this card (You cannot Set this card). There can only be 1 face-up "Magician Of Fate" monster on the field. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to its Level x 200. During each of your Battle Phases, increase the Level by 1 (max. 12) Also, if this card is on the field in face-up Attack Position, Effect Damage to your Life Points as a result of an opponent's card effect is inflicted to your opponent instead. If this card is Normal Summoned, you can pay Life Points until you have 100 Life Points left. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to the amount paid. Also, you can pay 1000 Life Points to select and destroy 1 monster on the field. During your Main Phase, you can destroy this card and removed from play.

From what I've seen. There are two groups. People who help and people who hurt. If someone with a perfect win joined the people who hurt, then things go wrong. Also, I did correct OCG and I was great. Only during my retirement it turned bad. That is why I'm making cards again.
