EDIT: Will splicing work on MS Paint, because that's all I have.

i use paint too,to be honest i don't really know of any other programs you splice with sides paint.net.its basicly easy.i'll pm you how to splice.

OK. I've already looked at tutorials on how to do it, tried it, and turned out terrible. :(

other:i'd like raquazia as the base.don't put gyridoes's head on raquazia but i do want some parts from his head.

 

and i've fianally found out why splicers order splices,they like to get insperation and to see how other splicers manipulate those splices to there best intrest,so that the splicers that ordered them can use there tehniques in there own way and make better splices.
