Limited Edition KING Posted June 19, 2010 Report Share Posted June 19, 2010 [align=center]Rules- Only Poll Votes Count.- First to 5 Wins Card Requirements King Matrix- Make 1 Spell Card & 1 Trap Card.- Spell Card MUST be a Continuous Spell.- Trap Card MUST be a Normal Trap.- The effect on both cards MUST contain something involving Spell Counters. Psycholera- Make 1 Monster Card & 1 Spell Card- Monster MUST be a union Monster- Spell Card MUST protect and support the monster. Cloudspell City Effect: During each of your Standby Phases place 1 Spell Counter on this card (max 12). You can remove all Spell Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type Monster from your Graveyard that has equal Levels to the amount of Spell Counters that were removed from this card by this effect. When this card is removed from the field destroy all monsters that were Special Summoned by this effect. Invasion of Cloudspell City Effect:Remove all Spell Counters on a "Cloudspell City" you control. During your 3rd Standby Phase after using this cards effect, Draw cards from your Deck equal to the amount of Spell Counters on "Cloudspell City". During the End Phase after you drew cards, discard cards equal to the amount of Spell Counters that were removed from "Cloudspell City" by this effect. Decaying Steed EffectThis card cannot attack unless this card's effect allows it to. Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to equip this card to a face-up monster you control OR unequip it and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. When equipped to a monster by this card's effect, that equipped monster gains 500 ATK and DEF. When the equipped monster destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you can and must (if possible) Special Summon this card on your side of the field and attack a monster on your opponent's side of the field, then re-equip this card to the monster it was equipped to. (A monster can only be equipped with 1 Union monster at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, destroy this card instead.) Close Bond EffectThis card can only be equipped to a monster already equipped by a Union Monster. When either the equipped monster or the Union Monster would be destroyed, destroy this card instead. The equipped monster gains 500 ATK and DEF. Scyire Posted June 28, 2010 Report Share Posted June 28, 2010 Reviews:KM: Essentially a way to summon Spellcasters and draw cards.Like the pictures; cards are a tad overpowered, but usable. Psy: Decaying Steed is overpowered. A card that can increase a monsters ATk and DEF and then also attack at the same time with only six stars, is obviously op.Close Bond is essentially a buff to Decaying Steed, but I like that it forces the Union to stay on the monster.
