I'm making another Akatsuki to be partners with Golnax

 

Name: Hiraku Shimori

Village: Kusagakure (Village Hidden in the Grass)

Rank: Missing Nin; S-Rank Criminal

Bloodline/clan: N/A

[spoiler=Special ability:]Kusatsukai (草調教師/lit. Grass Tamer): This special ability was said to only be achieved by a small group of people within Kusagakure, mostly members of the Shimori clan but however there were still some people who had this ability so this ability was never really considered a Kekkei Genkai. The person who has this ability can manipulate, create, and even change parts of themselves into plant life. The user can also rapidly grow plant life without the need of water or sunlight, however the plants are stronger when subjected to water and sunlight. The user can repair themselves by using plant life of any kind. They can change plant life in may ways to be used for offense, defense, and hiding. The major weakness to this is fire release jutsus, however, the user can also manipulate plants that naturally contains water and use it as a way to dissipate fire release jutsus.

[spoiler=Bio:]Hiraku was born into a clan that specializes in plant manipulation. His clan was reknown for their abilities and highly respected within Kusagakure. The Shimori clan were very loyal to their village and performed every mission with the utmost care. Hiraku at a young age was already expected to become the clan's next leader, but Hiraku never showed any interest in taking over the clan. As a young kid, Hiraku enjoyed tending and studying plant life of all kinds, ranging from normal everyday kinds to rare poisonous weapon types. Hiraku would spend hours in his clan's main garden studying and tending to the plants, never taking ninja training seriously, however, Hiraku was knowned to be quite skilled at battling, he just doesn't have the interest in it as with plant life. The only person who ever supported his hobby was his mother who was known to be a very kind woman. However his father was ashamed of him and cast him out as an outcast. In his fit of rage, Hiraku's father killed his own wife. Hiraku couldn't stand it and went on a killing spree, murdering his whole clan and then leaving the village after killing a squad of ANBU and Jounin. From then on, Hiraku seeked a place where he could live in peace and found himself amongst the Akatsuki. He stated his reason for joining was "Freedom." Upon joining Akatsuki, Hiraku was assigned to an Akatsuki member who was teaching a young kid named Toto, his future partner. Hiraku never socialized with Toto during those years, but when his partner died, Hiraku was assigned to be Toto's partner after Toto was made a full-fledge Akatsuki. Hiraku made a promise to his previous partner before he died to take care of Toto.

[spoiler=Appearance:]Hiraku is 6'2" and weighs 165 lbs. Hiraku appears pretty muscular but not in a bulky manner. Hiraku appears as a very untidy person with unkempt chin-length dark brown hair, hair stubble on his chin, and dark brown eyes. Hiraku appears very lazy and unmotivated, exactly like his persona. Hiraku's body is covered in open gashes tied by strings to keep them from opening. The strings are covered in chakra to become more durable. Hiraku wears the standard Akatsuki cloak and under his cloak he wears a sleeveless light gray shirt, gray trousers, Akatsuki sandals, standard ninja tool pouches, and a large pouch horizontally placed behind his waist where he keeps his plant life. Hiraku's headband is wrapped around the upper part of his right arm; the headband's cloth is colored gray. Hiraku wears his ring on his left middle finger; his fingernails and toenails are colored a dark purple color.

 

[spoiler=Personality:]Hiraku is basically lazy and unmotivated at the things he does and usually only do things halfheartedly. Usually he wouldn't do any work at all unless it's something important. In battle, Hiraku never likes going all out against the enemy and usually he doesn't need to considering his teamwork capabilities with his partner. Hiraku has a genuine friendship with his partner and usually treats him with respect, however, they do have their times of disagreement. Despite that, Hiraku and Toto are perfectly well balanced in their teamwork and can defeat their enemies very easily when working together. However, even when their apart, their capabilities in battle are still superior to most people. Hiraku, being lazy as he is, usually falls asleep during meetings are when he's spying on people, but he's usually woken up by Toto. Hiraku also does have moments when he puts his laziness aside and fight the nemy at full force.

Zaraii/Nibi has teleported away to Hoshigakure (Star Village) to get some meteor, but before he tried to ask for a truce with the leaf shinobi, of course they refused after the damage Zaraii has caused. Nayaki and Shado are on their way to find the Nanabi and capture it. Ninjas are being taken to the hospital while my character Masaru is being trained by Kazuya(ANBU's second character). Hiraku(My third character) is trying to find his partner Toto(Golnax character) whose both Akatsuki members by the way.

lol, I suppose. Oh and by the way, with the meteor at the Star village, it powers up chakra. Oh and I plan on bringing back the Zero tailed beast. ( Google it. ) It also gives a chakra boost and was in a Shipudden movie. It gives the user dark chakra. I dont wanna be so overpowered its dumb, so I'm not gonna grab that, but if anyone else wants to, tell me. Oh and I am also bringing back the pieces of the stone Gelel. The reason I am bringing so many chakra boosters back to life is because even if you have a bijuu, for instance, if I have the 2 tail and somone had the nine tail, they will beat me so hard my babies will be born drunk. So, to make it at least sorta fair, I am allowing the chakra boosters to be brought back into the Naruto-verse. So, if you wish to have any of them, tell me.
