[Part 1] Story and Guidelines

[spoiler=History of the War of the Kings]In the world of Azuria on the continent of Alpheria, in the year of IIX777 a war between the country of Alexzandria was at war with the country of Hoenheim this war lasted for 233 years untill peace was finally made with their leaders, and promised to never bring arms upon each other agian. Then year of IX100 where from another continent called betahime known as Terrasia had started to attack Apheria where Alexzandria and Hoenhime joined forces to defeat this country which lead to the creation of the Duel Blade which when used with special card known as the Duel Mosters.

 

This lead to what was known as the war of the kings which when the King of Hoenhime had defeated the the leader of the Betahime army he was then suddenly killed by unkown force which left a gaint crater in this world known as the planets eye which then become unkown of what happened and where that unkown force came from.

 

 

Today in the year of IX999 it is the day before the new year where duel blades have been discard and been replaced for duel disk's and the cards known as duel monsters has been made into a friendly game. This is also the day before the King of Alexzandra's Birthday.

2. A max of 10 custom cards can be used tho for 8 characters 2 of those spots will be labled plot space untill fututer events occure. (if the deck is custom archtypebased custom card total is 20)

3. The introduction of the 2nd level set where custom cards of Fusion and Synchro cards can now designed to a max of 24 and a max ATK/DEF limit of 10000 (this is also plot related aswell so wait before starting on this.)

[design method]

Base ATK/DEF on non effect/non powerful fusion/synchro

Synchro thats lv 15 = 12lv ranged ATK 4500 - 5000 + added lv example lv 3 ranged ATK 1500 - 1000 = around 6000 - 5500 ATK

 

Base ATK/DEF on powerful effect monster

Synchro thats lv 15 = Certain card required's base ATK example lv8 Stardust Dragon ATK 2500 + total lv 7 monster(s) ranged ATK 2800 - 2400 = lv 15 with ATK 5300 - 4900

 

certain design methods on the powerful effect monsters may have differed requirments if wanted to be kept generic which may effect the result of ATK/DEF of that card.

Appearance:

Bio: Thomas is a boy from Alexzandria who always enjoyed dueling. He is also a one handed sword user using his special designed sword to block of emeny attacks. He often tends to travel back and forth from Alexazandria and Tepplin to go to card tournaments where he puts his dueling skill to the test.
