Soul Eater: Trials of a Strong Soul (STARTED!!! STILL ACCEPTING ON PLANNING THREAD!!)

With everyone out of Classes today and it being so Hot, Damian and daisy took a Trip to the local Milkshake Bar in-town; DD'S. Damian sat down at one of the Leather Sofas with a Frothy Refresher Milkshake, for which Daisy she though was too Sickly even for her taste, And bought a Rolo one instead to the Leather sofa. Damian took a sip and Started chating to Daisy:

 

"So. How many Kishen Egg souls do we have? I lost count at 76..." He asked with a Slighty "Too Strong" Expression on his face.

 

"Um." She took a Sip from her Rolo Milkshake and Continued; "I think it is 88. So 11 more then we may go for a Witch and make Me a Death Scythe." She ansered.

"Then you two follow me to the front entrance." Stein began to walk from the Death Room. "If i'm correct then your opponent should be waiting out there." Stein left the room and headed towards the front of the academy. Death looked at the two meisters.

 

"If you two perform well at in evaluation match i'll be sure to give you so better missions. But if you fail then i'll just confiscate all the souls you've collected thus far. So don't mess up!" he said in a cheery voice before waving them out. "Bye! So long! Good luck!!!"

"Understood, Lord Death." Jak said as they walked out of the Death Room. He looked at Leon and said,"Great..we have to beat whoever Stein has for us to fight. If we don't, we'll lose the souls we collected and you'll never be a Death Scythe."

 

Leon shook his head. "Jak, we can beat whoever he picks. We are pretty much the best one star meister and weapon team, when it comes to fighting. We'll win."

 

Jak nodded and said,"Thanks Leon." They continued to follow Stein, until they reached the entrance to DWMA. "So where is our opponent?"

Luna and Sayori looked at each other then turned back to Hiro with a smile. "Sure, that sounds like fun! We hadn't had a chance to practice in a good while. I have to warn you though. I'm a pretty tough opponent, you sure you can handle me?" Sayori asked, while Luna rolled her eyes.

 

"Can we just go please?"

"ARE THE TWO OF YOU BLIND?! HOW CAN YOU NOT POSSIBLY SEE A STAR AS BIG AS ME?!" the 2 meisters and the weapon looked up to see a figure standing on one of the needles of the DWMA. Stein just smiled lightly.

 

"Ah there you are Black*Star. You know you missed class again, and due to this Lord Death told me to hold you back this year." Black*Star's eyes widened.

 

"WHAT!?" just then the assassin slipped and fell of the needle and plummeted towards the ground and crashed into it. Stein just laughed.

 

"I was just kidding Black*Star. Classes got cancelled for today, ahahahaha!" the ninja got up and spoke angrily to Stein threw a now bleeding head.

 

 

"WHAT THE HELL DID YOU HAVE TO DO THAT FOR?! I COULD'VE KILLED MYSELF AND HERE YOU ARE JOKING ABOUT A STAR AS BIG AS ME BEING HELD BACK A YEAR?! YOU HAVE SOME NERVE!!!!!" The weapon meister team just sweatdropped.

Leon looked at Stein and said,"Stein-Hakase, you gotta be joking. We have to fight against Black Star and Tsubaki?"

 

"I don't think Stien-Hakase is joking, Leon." Jak said. "But either way, I know we can fight and win against them."

[Dranzer]

"You realy are confiddent of yourself.I should warn you even Death the Kid and Black Star couldn't beat me.And when I fight I'm reborn as a true hero."

 

As they walked outside Excalibur transformed into a sword and giant wings of light apeared on Hiro's back.

 

"Now lets begin.Lady's first."

Sayori shrugged, "That's probably something very impressive, but unfortunately I don't know who those people are." The two girls followed Hiro and Excalibur outside. "That's a pretty cool transformation, but today I think I'll go for the old fashion Sword and shield." Luna nodded and transformed. The sword was in her left hand and the shield in her right. "Here I come." Sayori jumped high in the air only to come down over Hiro with a strong overhead strike.

"...It's not that we really searched the academy, it's just we went around more of it than we usually do in the morning." Liz said in response to Soul. It was true, it wasn't like they had been searching the campus when they went off to Death in the morning.

"Regardless, if Black Star wasn't in class there's two things he might be doing." Kid began. He waited a moment until he was sure he had everyone's attention. Or perhaps it was more for dramatic flair. Either way it didn't matter.

"He's either fighting with somebody, or he's at the top of the DWMA waiting to jump down and fight somebody!" Kid said.

 

"So we just go where there's the most noise right?" Liz said.

"That would be correct. Whether or not he's fighting, we'll know if Black Star is around." Kid said. With that he Liz and Patty walked out the door into the halls with Maka and Soul sure to follow after them. Their destination was the one place they could probably find Black Star whether or not he was fighting, namely the main gate to the DWMA.

"Heh. You two think you're hot stuff huh? Well i'll show you how a real star shines." Just then Tsubaki ran out to the front entrance to see her meister.

 

"Black*Star, where have you been? I've been looking for you all morning." the assassin smiled at his partner.

 

"I was training. A big guy like myself has to become stronger if i wanna be ready for any challenge thrown my way, and speaking of challenges we have a fight Tsubaki." Stein's voice spoke from the entrance.

 

"Tsubaki i need you and Black*Star to help evaluate Jak and Leon over here to see if they're ready for tougher missions. Would you mind?" Tsubaki nodded and walked next to Black*Star.

 

"Just be careful Black*Star. I hear for 1 star meisters, Jak is pretty strong." Black*Star smirked.

 

"Awesome. It wouldn't be fun without a challenge. Tsubaki, Chain Sythe Mode."

 

"Hai!" Tsubaki changed into the weapon and Black*Star got into battle stance.

Jak took a deep breath and said,"Ready Leon?"

 

"I'm always ready!" Leon said jumping into the air and changed into his Buster Sword form and it fell into Jak's hand.

 

"Alright, here we go!" Jak said as he ran towards Black Star and slashed at him.

[~Kefka~]

Black*Star backflipped away from the two to avoid the attack. "Black*Star, due to the size of Jak's weapon we shoudl stay a good distance away. A hit from that could cause heavy damage." Just then the assassin darted towards them.

 

"I was never the kinda guy to fight from a distance." Black*Star got in close. "The only way to make a big impact, is up close in personal!" he took a swipe at Jak with both sythe's.

Jak grunted as he got swiped by Black Star's scythe. He backed up and said,"T-That was a nice hit, Black Star. But its not going to finish me off."

 

"Jak, go to the left and then slash him!" Leon said. Jak nodded and rushed towards Black Star and then was about to slash his his arm's, but faked and slashed his legs instead.

"Looks like we actually found him," Soul observed casually as the all arrived at the front entrance to the academy, and, lo and behold, there was Black Star, fighting two other kids in their class with Tsubaki. "And you were right, Kid, he was fighting someone." He praised his symmetry-obssessed friend.

"Should we stop him?" Maka asked watching the two meisters duel passively as she folded her arms across her chest.

"Nah," Soul smirked slightly, revealing pointed teeth. "He'd probably ignore us anyway. Besides, this fight won't take much longer."

"This is actually an evaluation match. Black*Star is testing to see if these two are ready to take on some highter ranked missions." said Stein noticing Soul and the others. Meanwhile Black*Star blocked the attack with Tsubaki but backed off a good distance.

 

"See what i mean Black*Star? If we get in too close we'll be finished in seconds. We have to strike from a distance." the meister got the idea and smirked.

 

"Then we'll do just that. Tsubaki, Fey Blade Mode."

Sorry too slow.Hiro said and jumped on one of the colums of the Academy in less then a seconde."As you can see these wings aren't just for show.Now see a true hero,Hiro The Brave!" Hiro said and launched a beam of light true the walls the followed on the ground ripping it oppened and heading right for Sayori.

Jak shook his head. "Great, this isn't going to be good, Leon." he said as he brought his sword up to his shoulder.

 

"Don't worry, we got this. Just keep a level head and dodge, then if necessary we'll use our Soul Resonance." Leon said.

 

Jak nodded and then pointed the sword at Black Star. "Time for us to shine!" Then he rushed towards Black Star and began to slash him with a barrage of swings.

Black*Star began clashing swords with Jak as the dog fight raged on. "He's not bad." Thought the assassin as he did a back flip to avoid a wide swing. "But it'll take more than that to take down the one who'll supass God." Black*Star landed, his eyes narrowed. "Alright doc! You said to test these guys then they're about to get one hell of a final! Tsubaki, Soul Resonance!"

 

"Right!" replied the weapon as Black*Star got into stance. His soul beginning to rapidly increase in size.

 

"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! Let's see how you like this! Speed Star!" the meister darted towards his opponents, weapon at his ready.

"Jak now!" Leon said with a smirk.

 

Jak nodded. Then him and Leon said,"Soul Resonance!" His blade turned bright gold and it split into six blades and circled around Black Star. His speed increased and he ran towards Black Star and he slashed him with the first two blades.

[~Kefka~]

As the blades hit Black*Star a flash of white light blinded the assassin. He then saw himself on the ground, multiple blades surrounding him. He then heard a voice off in the distance.

 

..........you're not strong enough.........

.........................you'll never be strong enough!

 

He then saw the scene of himself losing to Mifune during their second battle. Black*Star unconsious on the ground. Just then everything returned to normal. He could see and Jak was on the attack once more.

 

"In that case.........." he said silently to himself. "I'LL JUST HAVE TO GET STRONGER!!!"

 

*SHADOW STAR!*

 

The shadows surrounding Black*Star grabbed onto the glowing blades that had appeared around him. As another sword hit him he lost grip of Tusbaki but he didn't care, his urge to win was too strong. He darted straight for Jak unworried about any injuries he would take. "Now i'll show you....WHY I'M GOING TO SURPASS GOD!!!" Black*Star leapt at Jak and thrust his hand towards him.

 

BLACK*STAR BIG WAVE!!!!!

Jak got hit with Black Star's attack and yelled in pain. He was fell to the ground and dropped Leon in the process. Leon changed back into his human form and ran up to Jak.

 

"Jak! Jak, are you alright?" Leon asked worried.

 

Jak shook his head and said,"Y-Yeah I am...the only thing that was hurt was my pride." He slowly got up and said,"Good battle, Black Star."

After the attack Black*Star collapsed on the ground.

 

heh............one day i'll do it.....

............i'll show everyone that i can surpass a god..........

 

"BLACK*STAR!" Tsubaki yelled and ran over to her meister to check on him. Just then Stein got up and walked over to Jak and Leon.

 

"Congratulations you two. I declare you two the winners of this fight."

Jak and Leon looked at Stein and then at Black Star and Tsubaki. "Crazy teacher with the bolt in his head, say what?!" they both said.

 

"But we lost!" Jak said. "Black Star used Black Star Big Wave on me and we lost."

[~Kefka~]

Stein smiled while twisting the bolt in his head. "Well that might be true, but unlike Black*Star, both of you are still standing. And i put you against Black*Star becuase facing him is the closest thing to taking on a mission of his cailber." he said while looking over at Black*Star who was just starting to get up.

 

"Since you two proved that you can handle an intense battle like you just had, i think that qualifies you as a capable team." Tsubaki supported Black*Star and helped him up. Suddenly Black*Star began to laugh.

 

 

"Hmhmhahahahaha! Man that was something else! I haven't had a rush like that since kickin' Mifune's ass! Yahoo!!!" he said with a grin on his face. Tsubaki just smiled back.

 

"That's my Black*Star." she thought to herself.

Jak looked at Leon and Leon looked at Jak. "That means..." Jak said.

 

"We're gonna get the same type of missions as Black Star and the others!" Leon finished Jak's sentence.

 

Jak looked at Black Star and said,"Thanks for that intense battle. We should fight each other again."
