Call of Duty: Black Operations

My friends are bashing it' date=' saying they spent no time on Black Ops, and they won't get it. They're to effing ignorant to understand Treyarch and Infinity Ward are different. They think they didn't start on Black Ops after MW2.

 

But yeah. I want this. I've heard a few supposed confirmations - A Blade Shooter, Shotguns have unlimited range, but not 1 hit kill, The current highest killstreak is 15, the knife is a secondary with a gun melee. Possibly my favorite is you have 3 perks. You pick 1 and 2, then it decides 3 based on your choices. So no OPd Marathon Lightweight Commando. And their won't be unlimited scrub tubs, and so on.

I literally jumped up and danced when i read this. blade shooter = EPIC AWSOMENESS. shotguns ulimited range = if it aint pump than that will be the thing i dread the most. gun melee = ok, so basically they made knifing look cool. but if that messes up my secondary than no. no marathon lightweight commando = THANK THE LORD. no unlimited scrub tubs = epic win. search spawn kill shall be no more. and infinty ward and treyarch in my mind are equal. WaW was the best WW2 game ive ever experinced. MW2 best modern war game ive ever played.

MP or no MP, i heard explosive bolts, and regular bolts. heres my take. explosive bolts = noob tubes, if theyre just regular then its like a sniper. if they make it a primary it wont bother me much. if its a secondary, then that will make it so cheap. whats your take on it

 

They hate the noobtube, and all horrible aspects of MW2.

 

Even if they have the noobtube, it'll probably be underpowered, and have no OMA/DC.

Don't think they will be... They are MW2 charecters.

 

What Iam looking forward is how their Stealth systems will kick arse.

 

They also said the game will be held in Vietnam, Cuba, The Arctic, Laos and Russia and maybe more.

 

They also said that you can change ammo, eg. The crossbow can have normal arrow heads, or explosive.

 

You also can pilot Helo's and a black bird. But the trailers look promising, so i hope this game will kick arse!

i will probably buy this when it comes out as well. But i think the thing keeping me away from it is my hypocritical cousin who says MW2 stinks cause of Commando, overpowered weapons, and sniper hit-markers......but when he plays it, he uses Commando, the ACR, SPAS 12, camps and then complains about people camping, and when he misses a guy he is like "How many shots did he take in?!?" and i just want to say "Dude............you were aiming over his shoulder/to his left/through his legs." (Hypocrisy much?). And now a days, all he talks about is how awesome Black Ops is gonna be, and i just want to say "For the tenth time yes, it sounds great, now stop criticizing MW2 and leave me alone for a bit!"

 

Personally, i think there are the people who see MW2 as a campers game........and the people who see it as a tactical game. I'm the one who sees it as tactical. My cousin sees it as campers.

 

And to be honest, the Modern, Top-secret shotguns now-a-days really can reach across a hallway. They can sometimes miss a guy upclose if he's lucky enough that the shells go around his body.

 

But thats enough of my life spam. Black Operations will be pretty fun.

Noobtubes or "Pro Pipes" as Blakie's friends had say (Surpisingly, Blakie is the good guy out of his friends. He's against Boosting, he hates noob tubing unless Lulz are ensured, and he runs around with a F2000 since liek me, he wants a challenge) will be underpowered, or have a high requirement.

 

OMA will not return.

 

The Spetznaz's Ballistic Knife is available and is more balanced then throwing knife. It's a one shot thing.

 

Scavenger will return but under different terms.

 

It only replenishes mags, and grenades, nothing else.

 

You can only pick 2 perks, the 3rd one will be chosen based on the 2 you've selected.

 

Drop shots will be obsolete as Treyarch is speaking of adding the "slip and slide" function.

 

Vehicles will return.

 

Zombies are back.

 

Crossbow will have semtex bolts, have SMG crosshairs, and have a scope.

 

SPAS will have the "Dragon's Breath" ammo. It turns it into a flamethrower shotgun thing.

 

FlameThrowers are mentioned and might return.

 

Kills from Killstreak will not get you more killstreaks.

 

Painkiller and Juggernaut might return.

 

Death Perks might return.

 

The Commando assault rifle is back.

 

RPG will return.

 

Hind will make the Apache sheet itself.

 

Currently, 15 killstreaks are available.

Also' date=' this game has been in development since CoD5, so it'll be really polished. [b']Campaign maps being made FROM MULTIPLAYER maps[/b] is really exciting, as you can understand more.

Some, (If not most) MW2 Campaign maps were almost Identical to it's MP maps. The only thing they did was opened some areas, closed off some areas to make it straight forward. I don't know if you were trying to bash MW2 like that in anyway, but obviously it's no different if they create the campaign maps from MP because obviously they're gonna have to change it anyways. Plus MW2 is even that bad anymore, it's repetive but only because people make it repetive and bad. If you're good at it and smart, then you'll avoid alot of things that peope bash MW2 for. Such as noob tube and commando, the only reason Commado is bashed is because:

A} People run or camp and obviously a person using commando's going to get you.

As for noobtubes, the only reason they're bad is because of OneManArmy/Scavenger. You can easily avoid NoobTubes by being smart. Only the players can fix the problems because honestly, they aren't that bad. I put up with them. The game is fun for me because I don't do same crap again, again. I mix it up and put challenges on myself. The only possible way MW2 is "bad", is because your making it bad. Oops, rambling off topic.

 

Yeah, can't wait for BO. Looks to be another great COD game.

I think I have right to say about the game call of duty is, "Just name is enough." Actually I like the game because it is war game and at the same time great fighters are in the game with the amazing power. I like the game because I can feel like soldiers.
