I can't wait for it. It looks like BFBC2, gone CoD style. Looks like a great game and honestly, it will completely suck the life out of the BFBC2 community and bring 'em back to good ol' CoD.[/align]

Right now, I'm still hooked on MW2, I have all the map packs, buying resurgence when it comes out, but it definately looks like a promising game. I've played COD since the beginning, and not even thinking about switching to bfbc2 or anything, I've played battlefield 1943, and battlefield 2, and BFBC2, they're OK, but nothing to mw2.

Modern Warfare 2 is one of the shittiest games out there but it's so addicting and there's no other alternative...till now(or November but w/e). This game will not only destroy MW2 but it will knock Infinity Ward of it's high horse. Also, this game is not gonna have Commando or One Man Army. It has Scavenger but it's not going to replenish noob tubes just ammo and grenades. This game is just going to be soooooo good. It saw MW2's mistakes and learned what the community likes and doesn't like. Oh and another thing, Teyarch is actually listening to the community! Shocking, I know. Also, Zombies are going to be back so that's just an added extra.

I can't wait.

I dunno. I played BFBC2 a fair bit and I have to say, it does have a better gameplay experience than MW2, but MW2 is just more addictive.

 

Modern Warfare 2 is one of the shittiest games out there but it's so addicting and there's no other alternative...till now(or November but w/e). Yeah, that's until they release MW3 .... if they do, that is.

And zombies? Awesome. I never bought WaW due to vehicles, etc. so I kinda missed out on the Nazi Zombie experience.

My friends are bashing it, saying they spent no time on Black Ops, and they won't get it. They're to effing ignorant to understand Treyarch and Infinity Ward are different. They think they didn't start on Black Ops after MW2.

 

But yeah. I want this. I've heard a few supposed confirmations - A Blade Shooter, Shotguns have unlimited range, but not 1 hit kill, The current highest killstreak is 15, the knife is a secondary with a gun melee. Possibly my favorite is you have 3 perks. You pick 1 and 2, then it decides 3 based on your choices. So no OPd Marathon Lightweight Commando. And their won't be unlimited scrub tubs, and so on.

Never played WaW so .... meh.

 

Black Ops looks really amazing. A new Zombie mode with modern weapons sounds pretty fun.

Reason: If they wanted to be called Call of Duty: Black Operations they would of put it on the game box...which they didn't.

2) Call it "Call of Duty: Black Ops"

I've always been a CoD fan, always will be. Played the first BF demo, it was fun. Bought BF2, couldn't get it to work. Bought CoDMW2, couldn't stop playing. Rented BF:BC2, didn't like it. Played BF:BC2 with a friend, hooked. I can't stop playing it...

 

I want Black Ops...

Please, do not judge Treyarch based on another companies' bad game. I won't argue with you but I hope you will understand that Treyarch are not Infinity Ward and will not make the same mistakes.

Exactly. I don't know why people want to boycott CoD: BO, when everybody HATED CoD: WaW, and didn't boycott MW2.

Also, this game has been in development since CoD5, so it'll be really polished. Campaign maps being made FROM MULTIPLAYER maps is really exciting, as you can understand more.

I literally jumped up and danced when i read this. blade shooter = EPIC AWSOMENESS. shotguns ulimited range = if it aint pump than that will be the thing i dread the most. gun melee = ok, so basically they made knifing look cool. but if that messes up my secondary than no. no marathon lightweight commando = THANK THE LORD. no unlimited scrub tubs = epic win. search spawn kill shall be no more. and infinty ward and treyarch in my mind are equal. WaW was the best WW2 game ive ever experinced. MW2 best modern war game ive ever played.

have a question for you guys. crossbow. MP or no MP, i heard explosive bolts, and regular bolts. heres my take. explosive bolts = noob tubes, if theyre just regular then its like a sniper. if they make it a primary it wont bother me much. if its a secondary, then that will make it so cheap. whats your take on it

I been looking at all the info about the game and I am going to get it. I just hope it will be good as Call of Duty 4 or better.
