Well, Morshu can use MMM, Lucas can use the Elemental Punches from Pokemon, Sticky has none, yet, and the others aren't fully programed yet.

Nope.

It's a stand alone program.

So how is the program coming along?

Horrible. RPG Maker crashed and i can do one of 3 Things:

1 - End the Project now and put it behind me.

2 - Start it over again.

3 - Give it to someone else and forget about it.

How about if you start over again? You already have it planned right? Just use your planning to recreate it.
