Welcome to YCM City, a large city lying in the heart of YCM Land. YCM City is where the entire YCM World is operated. After a recent crisis involving peanut butter and a transexual lawyer, YCM City lost all of its leaders and members, which is why this organization has been made: to repopulate YCM City. [spoiler=More Info]YCM City Members are put into different groups [s]to socially divide you[/s], listed in the Members section. I, Tigrē, am the current president of YCM City, but once we reach [b]10 members of 4 stars or higher[/b] a new presidential election will be held. The presidential election is held once per month. All other positions of high authority are kept by the people currently possessing them until the president decides otherwise. Once someone else becomes president, I will be more or less promoted to creator, where I have no authority over other members. The president or other members of high authority would PM me the changes they want made. [b]Promotions are made to members randomly, though activity in the club is also a factor. Every Month we will hold an election between 4 members who have shown the most loyalty. (Including me). We will then let other members decide who they want as president. If I get voted and continue as president, the next election I cannot by voted, some one else will. This will insure that we do not have the same President all the time. In addition, all former presidents will be put as a special bnew type of member, e.g. Former President. [/spoiler]

The representative of Northern YCM can be on for three straight terms. After that, they must wait a term to run again. [/spoiler]

All members in this city should be in the four districts. The members in district X (For example) Can only run for the representative of that district. In addition, the only people that can run as President are...The represenatives of all four district and the current president.

Like parliament, you have to be elected as a MP before you can get to be a PM.

So basically, all members should be split evenly into each district, in which they can run as representative.

Finnaly each representative election will be held every month as well as the presidential election.[/spoiler]

Every 2 weeks, someone will have the right to challenge the current Northern YCM City Representative to a 1v1. If the Representative loses, they must resign until the next election.[/spoiler]

Every time a New Representative is put in office in EYCMC, they must have a them song while they are a representative.[/spoiler]

The representative from NYCMC can run for the SYCMCR. If they do, they can't run for the next representative election. They can still run for President.[/spoiler]

You may impeach the Rep. of EYCMC only if everybody in EYCMC wants the current Rep. impeached. If even 1 person says no, the impeachement doesn't happen. If all say yes, the person who first wanted that Rep. impeached becomes the new Rep. While voting for impeachment is going on, NO REP. FROM ANY DISTRICT CAN MAKE LAWS. This can only be used once per 1/2 year.[/spoiler]

The president gets to live anywhere in the EYCMC for free.
