When this Card battles, if the ATK of the Monster is higher than this card's ATK, return this Card and the other Monster to the owners Hand after Damage calculation.

 

Negative Pulse Wave *** DARK

Fiend / Effect 400/800

When a "Negative Pulse" Monster you Control Battles, you Can Discard this Card to return the Monster battling it to the owners Hand.

 

Negative Pulse Ghost * DARK

Fiend / Effect 0/0

The ATK and DEF of this Card is equal to the ATK and DEF of the Monster this Card is Battling. Instead of Your opponents Monster being Destroyed, it is returned to the owners hand instead.

 

Negative Pulse Magnet ** DARK

Fiend / Tuner 1200/100

Each time a Card your Opponent Controls is returned to thier Hand, draw 1 Card. Up to twice per Turn, if this Card would be Destroyed, you Can Discard 1 random Card so that this Card is not Destroyed.

1 "Negative Pulse" Tuner + 1 non-tuner Monster. During Battle between this Attacking Card and a Defence position Monster your opponent Controls, if this Cards ATK is higher than the DEF of the Attack target, inflict the Difference between the ATK and DEF as Damage to your opponent. Any Monster this Card Battles is returned to the owners Hand after Damage calculation.

By paying 400 Life points, you Can use this Card for a Synchro Summon during the battle phase. If you do, at least 1 of the non-tuner Synchro Material Monsters must not have attacked during this turn.

You Can tribute Summon this Card by tributing 1 "Negative Pulse" Monster. You Can Special Summon this Card from your Hand when a "Negative Pulse" Monster you Control is returned to your hand. You Can pay life points in multiples of 500 to reduce this Card's Level by the amount of multiples you payed.

Activate when a Monster your opponent Controls is returned to their Hand, Remove from Play 1 "Negative Pulse" Monster from your Hand, and 1 from your Deck. Then Remove from Play the returned Card and inflict Damage to your opponent equal to it's ATk or DEF (Whichever is highest).

1 "Negative Pulse" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Monsters. When your opponent Activates the Effect of a Spell, Trap or Monster Card, you Can return 1 Card from your side of the field to your Hand to Negate the Effect, by paying 500 life points, you Can return 1 Card from your Graveyard to your Hand instead.

These cards look awesome the only change I would like better if I werre able to use these, is have Negative Charge be a quick play spell.

This isn't bad for a newb...it can screw up Synchros by repelling them.

 

I'd give this set 8 out of 10. Rampant OCG and grammar errors, with random capitalization everywhere, but that's not very important.
