Put a line through the names already chosen or just remove them from list, and id say random groups it will be fairer but it has to be random using a system online or that, not just you deciding by random if thats the case just put us in proper groups, also if we don't get 32 people just cut to the last 16 (if we have 16) if we got over 16 like bout 18 - 24 or higher just do 3 man groups in some of the groups.
