Well first you post in the forum and depending on the quality of your posts members may give you reps like if you post something nice a member may give you a +1 rep.

However if you just troll and be anousance people could give you a neg rep but the worst thing to do is just neg rep them out of revenge so please don't do that.

You can give reps by clicking the number of reps the user has and state a reason for giving the rep in the wording box below.
