Flip both players Decks upside down, if the Decks are already upside down then leave them as they are. Whenever a player would draw their Draw Phase draw, they instead discard a card from their hand. Whenever either player has no cards in their hand, during their Draw Phase the turn player draws 5 cards from their Deck. If a player's Deck runs out of cards, during a player's Draw Phase, shuffle all the cards in the player's Graveyard and put them face-up to form a new Deck.

My effect seems bad, but it's from a set about cards that negate their own attacks. In most cases, I could negate Venn's attack over and over again a couple times a turn.

I like the Phader negation and by negating, gaining ATK. I would have that card in my deck so i vote for Xion

well, both cards have ocg that needs fixing....might want to call bob up on this one ( ten points to anyone who gets the reference) anywho....My vote goes to Infernal Draw, even if the effect was confusing/ocg error filled, it was still better.
