Delano looked at the duelist and smiled "Finally a duel. This will be fun." Delano replied to man. "This will be the prefect time to pass the time before the boat leaves" Delano says than puts his deck into his duel disk. "So who shall start our duel" Delano asks ready to draw his cards from his deck "my deck and i are one we work together for out victory. We shall duel with all our might and not hold back. I hope you shall do the same that way there will be no regrets to takes the victory" Delano claims with a large smile on his face

Hayden says with a confident face and a anxious attitude, "Bring it on! there's no way that i give up without giving it all that my heart would give. SO brace yourself, man. The dragons are gonna heal you." Hayden then chooses his transport deck and inserts my deck and says, "I give you the respect of going first in this duel between gentlemen and competitors. So let's go! LET"S DUEL!"

"Alrightie. Lets see how well your dragons does against another planet" Delano said as he got into his dueling stance. "Let's Duel" Delano shouts than draws his hand. "Draw" delano says as he draws hits card "I Summon Alien Kid and set 2 Cards Facedown" Delano says happy to be dueling "Lets see how you do. I end my turn" Delano says watching the person play his turn.

"MY turn!" Hayden says, ready to rumble. "DRAW! Cool. Let's go. I place one card face down on the field. And then I summon Batteryman AA in attack mode. Next i play the spell card Duble Summon. I summon another Battery man AA onto the field in Attack mode! Now i activate the effect of BAtteryman AA. When all of the Batterymen AA i control are in attack mode, They both Gain 1000 ATK points for each batteryman AA on the field. Now they both have 2000 ATK points! NOw with one of my Batterymen AA, i attack your face-down monster! Let's see how you deal with that!"

[Guest War Torn]

"Well," said Nathan as he pulled up to Kaiba Corps. "We are here."

 

Nathan and Jonathan both got out of the BMW just before Nathan made it into a cube.

 

"Lets go inside and see if Kaiba is there," replied Jonathan. "Do you think he remembers you?"

 

"Of course he does," replied Nathan. "Who couldn't forget a seven time dueling champion?"

 

They then proceeded to go into the building for Nathan to sign up for the tournament.

"I activate Alien Kid's effect when you Special Summon a monster that monster gets 1 A counter" Delano says. Alien kid get gets destroyed and i take 400 pionts damage(if 1 witrhout A counter 100 if one with A counter). "Now i activate my trap Snake Whistle. When a Reptile-Type monster on my side of the field is destroyed i can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower reptile monster from my deck to the field. Now come forth Alien Warrior. And did i also tell you that when a monster with an A counter battles my warrior it loses 300 ATK for each counter. Meaning that if your next batteryman AA atks my Warrior he'll be destroyed" Delano exclaims

 

(total damage i possibly take this turn either 400 if you atk kid with battery w/o A counter or 300 if you atk kid with battery w/ A counter)

"ok then. Now I use the monster with the A-counter to attack your alien kid. SO they're both destroyed. Then I'll use another double summon and i summon another batteryman AA on the field. I go into my hand and i summon 1 more Batteryman AA on the field. Now the Attack of all my Batterymen AA are now 2000. I end my turn by putting two cards face down on the field. Your move. Let see what you can put down to throw down."

Just then, as he ended his turn, Hayden suddenly put his hands over his deck and said, " i forfeit. I realize that i may not be strong enough yet to face such a strong competitor. So what i must do is create a deck all my own and use it to prove to my ancestors, to my dragons, to my family, and to my village that as long as i bear these dragons that i can do whatever i set my mind too. By the way, you're an exceptional duelist. I can tell by just the way you played this couple of turns. Good luck when we leave for the academy." Hayden walked away, throwing his deck into the water and weeping.

"All man i was hoping for a real duel" Delano said in disappiontment. "Dragon or what? ok......." Delano said than show him throw his deck in the water Delano cliched his fist "Why..WHY did you just throw away your cards that not what a real duelist does. A real duelist uses his deck and makes it stronger and they work together wether it be a win or loss." Delano said enraged at what he man had done than walked over to the water and watched the cards get sweeped away by the current

Hayden then turned to Delano and said to him, "you have to understand. That wasnt my real deck. It was a hand-me-down from my father. My father wasn't that great at it and i knew it. I thought i could get away with it and use his deck to show some diversity. But trust me give me a couple days. I'll challenge you again and i promise that i will give you everything that i've got from my heart. You can guarantee that i'll be ready then. Is it a rematch?" Hayden holds out his hand waiting for a response from Delano in hopes that he'll forgive him.

"So just because that was not your real deck you have the right to just destroy it" Delano exclaims. "No duelist would just throw away a deck no matter what. Any deck can be strong even if it is not your so called real deck. If its not a real deck than what is it. Answer me this if you cannot call any deck a real deck than how is that being a real duelist. Cards are no just tools to be thrown away just because they are not good enough for you. If you don't want your cards than just give them to a person who would treat the cards right. Don't just destroy the cards because than you are robbing them of the reason they exist. What if you just go tossed aside like a tool just because you were no good would you be feeling fine then. UH?" Delano shouted at him full of rage "When we meet again you better have your game face on because i will not hold back. You have been warned" Delano said than walked off

Mr. Wham, im changing my number of decks to 1 and changing the type to warrior. It's called The Village Soul Found.

"Well, that should do it," said Nathan as he turned in the paper work to the front deck. He then turn his attention to the person at the front deck. "Is Kaiba here, I'm an old pal of his and I would like to speak with him?"

 

Nathan didn't know if it would work because they had their ups and downs as the Tag Team dueling champions. He didn't know if Kaiba would want him around after "The Incident".

Axel looked at the Duel she frowned at the hayden boys actions, it even pissed her off, doom fire appered behind her, and roared in protest as the boy threw his cards in the river, Axel had a look of disgust in her eyes, but saw Deleno's reaction, she smiled at his heart felt speach.

 

Axel ran up to the Exiting Deleno, "Hey I saw what you did there, that boy is a creep I cant stand people like that...." Axel said, she then had a look of shock then said.

"Oh! Excuse me my name is Hizana, Hizana O'Brian, but people call me Axel...."

"Huh? Ya saw all that. I didn't think anyone was around." Delano said than put his hand behind his head and laughed "The name is Delano nice to meet you Axel-chan. All i did was say what come to my head i could that help myself but say that. Are you also going to the dueling academy?" Delano asked axel than looked up at the clouds than closed his eyes feeling the cool breeze

Oh!" Axel said with a slight blush, "Yes I am going to Duel Acadamy, but.... wait what Dorm are you gona be in?"

Axel said her emerald green eyes shining with a honest luster, "Oh! sorry I space out some

times! you know in all honestly I cant find the airport thats suposed to take me to the

Acadamy......" she sais trying to seem not as useless as she was at the moment.

"Its not a plane thats taking us to the academy its that boat other their" Delano says and pionts at the boat he was near "I've been hanging out over there for a while waiting for when the boat leaves." Delano exclaims than pulls out his deck from his duel disk than looks through several times "Alrighie everyone is here and accounted for" Delano says than puts his deck away "What type of dueling style to you prefer to use. I'm an alien user so i use my opponent's deck against them. And if i remember i'll be in the winderagu but i'll have to check when i get there" Delano says

Oh!" her face reddens further, though its hard to see it, she pulls out her great grand fathers

Duel Disk, she takes the top card out and shows it to him without looking, it was Volcanic

Doomfire, "I run Volcanics, I'm in Flamre! only a little while till it comes right?"

 

Axel, sat under a tree with a clear view of the dock, he gave a soft smile looking out to the sea, she was realy pretty her emeral green eyes sparkling in the sun, she turned to Delano and waved him over to offer him a seat next to her.

"Interesting so Stall and Burn. I wonder if that will help against this card" Delano pulls out Cosimic Fortess Gol'gar from his deck and showed Axel. "This guy just loves decks that use continuous Spell and Traps." Delano says than notices Axel waving her hand. Delano walked over than took a seat. "I wonder how many strong duelist i will get to play at the academy. My aliens and I are psyched and ready to duel anyone" Delano says with a smile on his face than chuckled

"Ah you see most people make that mistake, Volcanics are the perfect Fire Arch type, they can

sit back and burn you if they feal unsafe, but have High attack power so they cant fight back

if needed. My Volcanics are adapt to the newest cards that are out....." Axel says chearfuly as her new friend decided to sit next to her, she felt wierd around him like they would have a good Friendship. "But yes I hope to find great chalenges to overcome."

"Don't think i rely on my opponent's cards i use my own cards to infact i have a way to get out 2 Gol'gars out in one turn. And also if i need power i got this card" Delano pulls out solidarity. "My aliens are not to be underestimated. They have great potential if used correctly and i don't rely on Gol'gar all the time. My Alien Warriors are my 2nd favorites in the deck." Delano says happily "When i use my aliens i feel closer to places farther way than here, but thats just a feeling i get from using them. I also hope to build a Red-eyes Black Dragon deck some day as well. Red eyes is my favorite card of all time, but i don't have a copy of him yet" Delano says with excitement but a hint of sadness

Hayden began to organize a new deck after he threw his deck into the water out of confusion and misunderstanding. He knew that Delano was mad at him and that person next to him (Axel) seemed pretty pissed by the action too. So he went off to talk to his ancestral dragons in the forest. After 30 minutes of "talking", he felt that he needed to explain himself to Delano and to tell him that he was the reason that he felt he couldn't play so well. So he walked over to Delano, who was talking to the other person at the time, and said to him, "Hey, Delano! Could i talk to you for a second?" While he was waiting for a response, he pulled out 2 different decks then he had before.

Delano sees the person who threw away his deck "What do you want" Delano said in not-so-happy tone. "If you plan on giving me more excuses of why threw away the deck from earlier forget it i don't want to speak to those who just throw decks away like they're nothing but trash. "So spill it what do you want" Delano repeated still in a not-so-happy-tone while cliching his fist ready to knock the person out.

Meanwhile at the tournament, a fw days later....

 

"WEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLCOMEEEEEEE CHALLLENGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE WOULD PROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUD TO PRESENT TO YOU THIS YEARS KAIBAICORP SKILL GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMES!!!!!!!! The crowd roared as the announcer smiled and basjked in the light. Zonixs and a few other people weren't faraway and they were all poised ready to fight. "This year's theme is Persuasion & Mayhem!!!!! We will feature two sections in this competition!!!!!!! The first is the persuasion!!! Will the contestants please enter the arena!!!!"

Nathan was the first to enter the arena. Jonathan was in the stands. Just like the good old days. Where i was in every tournament imagined. The sounds, the lights. Everything in perfect harmony. Nathan was no stranger to tournaments. His first was the Battle City Finals. He beat Kaiba and Yugi. However, he let Yugi face Marik in the finals on one condition. Yugi had to let Nathan duel Marik first. It was a bitter rivalry between Marik and Nathan. He managed to win that duel with only 50LP left. I wonder if Kaiba will show up.
