UNSC Frigate, "Ready to Go"

 

Welcome, soilders. We're glad ta have you onboard the "Ready to Go". We'll be doing a quick briefing on our new mission.

 

The Covenant have invaded the African mega-city, New Mombasa. We're orbiting right on top of it. As you can see on this holomap, the Covenant have already huge forces patrolling the city. Most of the civillians were able to escape, but some couldn't make it to safe ground. It's been a few days since they came, and we don't know exactly WHY they even came in the first place. We are going to figure that out. We're sending the best of the best- and we hope to get the job done quick. To our left, there is an armory. Gear up with your favourite equipment. Right behind us are the Drop Pods- yes, completley dangerous with a high chance of death, but you probably won't die. Remember to use your brakes and be careful where you land- these pods could be your tombs.

Appearance: Average hieght, and average weight. Many scars cover his body and face from training. He dark green eyes and shaggy, dark brown hair.

Weapon: Battle Rifle, M6C/SOCOM

Bio: Johnathon joined the UNSC at the age of 19. He was born on Reach, and the UNSC were recruiting young boys to become Marines to help Earth. Johnathon was unfortunatley recruited, and without even being able to say goodbye to his family, he was shipped to Earth. He then trained to be a Helljumper for one year, and before his last training, a note back from home came. It notified him of the death of his family's death during the glassing of Reach. He was furious at the Covenant for taking everything that was important to him. When he heard of his latest mission, he was scared to death. He was made a Squad Leader of Beta-020, and he hated to be someone in charge. To make things even more worse, the ONLY thing he hadn't learned because he skipped his final training was functioning a Drop Pod.
