Noahmeta Posted June 14, 2010 Report Share Posted June 14, 2010 personally, (i used to run pure spirits)i'd rather have my spirits come back to my hand, instead of the field. 1. because it's hard to kill them if they're not on the field2. Izanagi CAN and would eventually BE negated by your own royal oppression3. Izanagi at 2200 can be stopped easily, IMO, because by the third turn (at least in my experience) there's always a 2400-3000ATK monster on the field. I also would cut back on the Hino Kagus and Yamata Dragon, because you'd only be able to summon them 4 times in total with Mausoleum. leaving you with virtual dead draws. I say abuse your Dark Dust Spirits (clearing the field) and equip her with the Sword of Kusanagi. BTW... where is your Kusanagi?? D:to maximize Hino Kagu/Dragon's effect you NEED kusanagi! Dxunless you set your Dragon and wait for someone to hit it, that's another story lol. so in the end (i'm not taking out your Izanagis, because that's your playstyle) here are some card recommendations... First of all take out:-2 Asura Priest (at 1700, he can’t kill much during the middle of the game)-1 Yamata Dragon (with spirits, this draw power seems too overwhelming.)-1 Hand Destruction (huh? Spirits GO BACK to your hand, Remember?)-1 Legacy of Yata Garasu (you have enough, and it’s hard to gain the right time)-1 Dimensional Prison (there are much more powerful traps) Cards you could add to improve, but you have to take out accordingly... as your strategy is different than mine:Kaiser Coliseum (with a marshmallon/spirit reaper, and your spirits bouncing your opponent would have a tough time summoning)Marshmallon /Spirit ReaperMirror Force (plain simple)Ultimate Offering (who says you need special summoning? >:D)Dandylion (tribute fodder)Monster Reincarnation (if you discard Dandy, to bring back Dandy, you still get your two tokens :D)Susa Soldier (high attack, and combine with Kusanagi, you have a piercing nightmare)Spring of Rebirt (gain lifepoints when bouncing)Fushi no Tori (with Dark Dust/Ultimate Offering, you could easily gain lifepoints.) Feint Plan (in case you want to save your set spirit for at least a turn)Scrap Iron (duh)Heavy Storm (you dont wanna be dimensional prisoned while you attack with hino, right???)Zoma the Spirit (he's a spirit, get it? xD) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
