Ice, I think this idea would do great for RC. To balance both of your points of view. How about people of a certain level can be in the RC version of this and anyone in the PC version? Will that work?

That would be based under the assumption that Posts = Better Cardmaker. That is not so. In fact, even with my extremely rigid rating and ability with cards. I am fully aware my cards and my rating system is far from the best. Never is, never was.

NO ONE IS BETTER THAN ANOTHER USER AT ANYTHING! And if you're bad, thats what the mod team is for. Understand? I will not glorify such a concept.

What does sticky mean?

Sticky is the feeling on your body when you touch something that is gooey. Sometimes your body parts gets "stuck" together when they touch a sticky substance.

A stickied thread is one of those threads members have approved by a moderator in that forum that is generally helpful so that its easier for members to find as it is placed on top of the page. Although some members apparently don't take time to look at the threads at the top of the page such as "the rules" or "Freaquently asked questions" in which if they did they would not post questions that the answers would be found in those particular threads. Then this leads to the member who posted the question which is generally a new member ends up being "mistreated" by some members of the community who usually always just answer the question like this "Read the rules" or just continuously re-post the same answer another member posted within that exact thread.

I hope you took the time to read this.
