Bad cards get cool art, like my spirit monster, but good cards get good art as well; people's viewpoint on art varies as much as anything else, so discussing why good cards get bad artwork and bad cards get good artwork will go nowhere (not like discussing anything online will get us anywhere, anyways...) And as you already admitted, many of the best dragons are DARK. DARK>WATER usually. I'm sure being DARK would immediatley make this card better to some people.Oh yeah, these lists of dragons are completley opinionated. So using them as facts won't make you look better.
