Shadow Zero
Well, it's not like I can nullify a characters powers. Well actually, that is possible, but only as long as you are touching said character. And then there is the energy draining aspect of things, which means that it would be a limited time. Even more so due to the fact that you would be completely suppressing someone elses powers, which would be far more difficult and energy consuming to do then simply making yourself temporarily immune to all of their energy attacks. Nexev
You only need a split second with a bullet, and now you are making up random limits in a attempt to defend a character speciifically designed to get banned by popular vote.
Shadow Zero
Not really, I'm actually inventing limits so that it's a power that can actually be balanced, and not so highly abusable, that's all. I do admit that I wouldn't want it to be outright denied as a power though, seeing as it's one of the ones that I was going to be using for my character in SoP II. Nexev
But you made it to piss of others. So it is to get banned. Just not denied.
Shadow Zero
Actually no, my friend made it to piss off others. I just decided to use it because it sounded like a fun idea, and one that has a number of possibilities to be explored aside from the obvious. Nexev
True, but it would be in a funny way I think. Of course I'd have to give nullification a downside to be fair, even though it really doesn't have on in the first place, so it would likely be something like having a constant power drain on the user for as long as it's in use. Still, it would be worth it just to have the rp character stand in the way of someones ultimate attack as they remain completely unaffected by it. I don't think it would be a constant use power, but it is one that can definitely com in handy, especially if you use it in such a way that physical hits phase through you as well. I'm still trying to figure out how that part is supposed to work without godmodding though. I know that my friend had explained it to me, I just can't remember exactly what that explanation was supposed to be at the moment. Evidence states otherwise. Shadow Zero
Yeah, sorry about that. Inner troll was starting to come out at that point due to I've been talking to trolls lately. xD But face it, you're just arguing about this power due to the simple fact of you don't like it for the obvious reason for if someone felt so inclined, they could use it just to piss you off. Either that or you don't appreciate the creativity that would be required to make it a truly useful power, although that would make you hate it all the more. As such, any post that you would be making in regards to objecting to this power would be something along those lines, and thus make it easy to see what is possibly your main motive in such arguments, aside from the simple fact of the matter of also being afraid of people trying to use it in a god mod fashion, which is quite understandable, but can also be done with most other powers already in existance when you think about it. So are you going to argue against those as well? Did I miss anything or go wrong anywhere yet Nevert?
Nexev
Pretty much. However the other part about me being not able to respect creativity is wrong. While I like weird powers and unique stuff your power is created soley to ruin others, it's useless unless fighting another person in which case you win as you already stated your immune to there super attacks. So it's either useless or invincible. And since you tried to argue that controlling all type of energy wasn't a god mod, I don't trust you to not god mod that in the slightest. It's less fear than know.
Shadow Zero
I can see how that would be a concern. Even so, it is less what you stated and more useless and[/i] invulnerable at the same time. Here's another for instance. If instead of having the normal range of nullification a character had it so that it was made into a dense two inch thick all encompassing tight fitting field, unless it was made thinner around the mouth and nose area, the character would have to be constantly moving so as to be able to breath, as nullification would end up nullifying oxygen as well with that level of density, unless there was some amount of movement involved that allowed air to pass through it or something. That is an actual argument that my friend used, and I have to admit that it makes sense. So other then what I had already given it, nullification alrady had some natural disadvantages as well. And now that I think about it, if Nullification nullifies anything my opponent throws at me, wouldn't that mean that it also nullifies my own powers while in use, thus making it so that it is the only power that can be used at that time? Nexev
No, if it nullified oxygen it's not nullification, oxygen's a atom, what your suggestions is actually a annihalation field. But yeah I actually was wandering about why you weren't nullified but if you could simply flick it on and off like I was worried you could it would have been dangerous. How about instead of nullify you can use Stop, which makes things decalarated to zero, it doesn't last long as it takes up allot of juice to sustain. IT works with vector as it lets you make sharp turns. Take a pebble, by using vector to fling it and stop to make it hover for a split so you can vector it back you can make it essintailly be a bullet that hits multiple times, and you can do the end enegy blasts as if you stop the energy it is gone. Or you can vecotr it and disperse the energy into pieces It was used by Shanatto in a fighting game so I now it is not that overpowerd. It after all deters only by a few seconds. The Warden
To be fair (and biased to Nexev's side because your use of japanese honourifics PISS ME OFF SO MUCH!), nullification is gay because despite the thought gone into making it useful, it just seems lazy and uncreative. Tempest Dahlia
Taking someone's powers away/nullifying/w/e is a srs gdmd.Just look at all the tv shows and movies where the bad guy got his powers tooken. They ended up dead, or some other ill fortune. And then the movie was over. But l mean, common sense. Really, who thinks taking powers away isn't extremely cheap... SPA7X
The power of Nullifications only workable scenario: Evening the odds. The person with Nullification must have no other powers, that way when the opponent loses theirs it's an even fight aka, physical or raw hand to hand combat. But even at that point it's not so much a case of Nullification as it is Immunity to others powers.
Altαir
Nullifying your powers of Nullification seems to be the best solution to this problem.

I believe it is a 'She'. Oh, I must have missed it. Anyway, Proto and I are at the beach, and I think Nex is at the forest near the beach. Or, you could go in town and find the people doing a riding duel, at least I think that's what they are doing. You have plenty of options right now.
