Disgea is underappreciated though.

I want to get those games because from what I've heard and seen, the characters are hilarious and the gameplay is awesome.

??? See what? The club?

Yeah, he wants a bit of a sneak peek.

My brain has generated a rp Idea within the period of about 20 minutes, although to me it sounds... familiar. Tell what you think about it and if it seems similar to anything anyone else has seen:

[spoiler=Bandit: Warriors of the Twilight, Defenders of the Dawn]

Everyone has nightmares. They are a fact of life. But perhaps there is something more behind nightmares. Perhaps, nightmares are more than just mental images, scar's of our subconscious. In one world this is exactly the case. In Nox Noctis, everyone must sleep at sun down, not because they want to but because they have to. Their worlds moon is of a different kind than ours, and those born during the day are unable to resist it's power. But occasionally, a rare occurrence happens: a child is born during the moons light. These children are rare in the fact that they can resist the moons power over sleep, and as such are called insomniacs. Most insomniacs are Orphans, seeing as they are born while the mother and all others are unconscious, causing the parent to usually die in child birth.

Recently, creatures known as Nightmares have begun appearing during the dead of night, formed from the fears and stresses of their hosts. These nightmares will ruthlessly kill everyone they can before dawn, at which point they disappear as though they had never been there to begin with. Those who survive the horror, wake the next day in panic, leading to more nightmares the next time the moon rises. Eventually those within the nightmare zone, the area in which nightmares are created (usually within a town or city), all die out or flee, leaving nothing but the memories of lives that once were. Sensing the Danger caused by this terrible occurrence, a fellow Insomniac by the name of Alabaster has started to seek out and gather Insomniacs, giving them the ability to fight against the nightmares. But little do they know, there is a dark hidden truth behind the Nightmares, connecting all the way back to Alabaster House's most interesting new member: A strange teenage boy, by the name of Bandit.

It seems to be a somewhat different take on the Persona RPG series. Not that I've played them but I've heard enough about the basic plot. But it's not like it's a full on copy of it or anything. I've seen an RP somewhat like it in the past but it never even really got started so I doubt you're taking ideas from it.

One of the playstations, I'm not sure as I haven't played a single game in the series. And like I said, I only saw basic similarities. For the most part your idea seems to be quite original.

@Nevert: Wait, you mean I get to have funny characters, great gameplay, AND awesome music? I'm totally getting Disgea.

Oh yeah, I played that as well, although I had to use an emulator for it. It was fun, although it's kind of annoying when you finally get to level five. You have to face the same boss twice, and the second time, he transforms! Then you have to face off against Andross. <_< level five can be quite difficult.

What would you guys say is the best star fox game?

I can only say the original as that's the only one I've played.

I can haz landmaster? :D

Sorry, no landmasters. Besides, Creator probably has something much better that just magically appears out of no where somewhere in here.
