Did I really just miss Lost's birthday? And I had an epic quote to go along with it...

Oh well, I'll save it for the next one.

Owait, I need an appearance scene...

The sky turnes dark, and as the now white sun opens to reveal a portal, out of it comes a hand bigger than the world itself...

And then you wake up, finding me reading a book in your room. Mwahahahahaha!

No, that won't do...

I've picked up my Majora's Mask fiction again, and I am actually working on it.

Slow progress is being made. =D

Majora's Mask Fanfiction? This sounds interesting. Is there a thread for it here? If so I'm going to go find it.

@Cephus: Actually today is Tempest's birthday. I just started the happy birthdays last night because Tempest was on and I had no idea when the next time that was going to happen would be.

Nope, I have a prologue, and a small bit of Chapter One. Not enough to warrant a thread.

Although I would love to get it done soon.

Also.

OHappy Birthday Tempest.

I see. Well you've got my interest. Of all the Zelda games Majora's Mask certainly holds the most mysteries. Of course it doesn't mean too much to the rest of the series timeline wise but it certainly had a very mysterious feel to it. Probably the best one to pick up and do a fanfic on. I can see why you'd pick it among the Zelda games.

@Andx

I detest the term "steal" I prefer to call it mimicry.

Also Majora's Mask is the game that leads to the Wind Waker and such, because it is the second branch of Zelda Games.

We have the Young Link and Hero of Time Branches.

I'll elaborate more if need be.

Eh, it's my favorite, and the area of Ikana was always my favorite area of any Zelda game.

SO yeah, I'm going into the past and exploring the days of King Igos du Ikana.

It's going to be FUN.

You're free to call it whatever you like.

Termina itself isn't related to any other game in the series though. Sure it's that Link and world that goes on to the Wind Waker plot but Termina itself never matters to any other game.

Not incorporating Link I see. This sounds to be quite interesting indeed. Trying to provide some backstory for a world that we don't even understand why it exists? I like it.

That's the reason I love the game so much.

Indeed. If I include Link, I'll be restricted in what I can do. So I'm going by showing what happened to cause the fall of Ikana into becoming a Land of the Dead, and particularly the Stone Tower Temple.

I'm liking the sound of this more the more I hear about it.

@Andx

Actually it serves as basically the other side of the world for the purpose of the Wind Waker series. It has even be said that there is a possibility of a return trip to Termina.

I did not know that. Then again, I try not to concern myself too much with the Zelda timeline for fear of my brain exploding over trying to fit every game into its perfect spot.

I wanted to try to explain this stuff as well as I can, but I'm not exactly confident.

That timeline is just insane.

Not confident? Allow me to give you the shortest motivational speech ever then: You have friends, and people believe in you! ;)

Agreed, pure insanity to anyone who doesn't have the official timeline. So that means everyone outside of Nintendo.

@Jake: You're back. And much happier than you've been. So your computer decided to stop freaking out on you?

We don't even know if Nintendo actually has one, but what if they don't? Maybe they just want to laugh at us. D:

No . . . my normal computer is still acting like a m*ther f*cking d*ck! Currently <_< I am using the home computer.

Sorry, misread "hate" as "have". ...Don't hurt me.

Yeah, fits us rather well then.

They claim they do. I somehow doubt that though.

Indeed. At least I have some support.

I think they're just saying it so that they can put stuff like the reference to Majora's Mask in TP and watch as people make theories and laugh.

Yes. You've got friends. Never mind if they're completely insane.

I'm thinking the same. I mean, some games are clearly after or before others but by now it's so confusing that attempting to make the timeline is impossible and mostly used as a way for people to waste people's time on Zelda message boards.

Insanity is fun.

It makes more sense then the games being in a time line. The only ones I worry about are the direct sequels. It just seems to be a constant retelling of the same story i it isn't a direct sequel.

I've seen it done many other ways too. Oh, you seem to have forgotten the Oracle games.

Though like I said, I don't try to worry about it too much.

*seeths with hate*

If those d*mn Computer Geeks don't fix my computer to were it is working perfectly . . . there is no way in HELL I am going to be handing over that $200

Remind me not to get on for awhile if they can't completely fix your computer.

@Dane: Many would tell you otherwise on the timeline thing.
