The carpet had a red and black diamond pattern, and was entrenced in a dark haze. Apollo looked down the hallway and saw a brown door, with a rusty hinge. He reached down into his holster to pull out the all-too-familiar Silver-Washed Pistol. Apollo inched closer to the door, stepping on the creaky old floor boards. "What is in there...?" He asked himself pointing his gun towards the end of the hallway. Darkaraiza had told him that, if he stepped into this house there would be a portal to the other land "Could this be it?" he questioned under his breath. Apollo stopped about a foot away from the door, and slowly put his hand on the knob. The knob was ice-cold to the touch, and Apollo could hear his heart pounding in his chest.
