TechnoDoomedOne
You know, those games that were the first FPS games in the genre. I love olschool gaming when it comes down to these ones. I mean games like Doom, Quake, Wolfeinstein 3D, Duke Nukem and the like. Am I the only one in here so is not obsessed about new videogames and constant evolving paranoia of better graphics, and really remembers the oldschool games that were so fun to play? .Frostpaw
Do all GB/GBC/PS1 games count? If so, I'm agree with you. I do like better graphics, but older games were aweshum aside from the graphics.
JadenxAtemYAOI
Does Sonic, space invaders, spank the monkey, pinball and pong count?
Clair
I love oldschool gaming. My grandmother had the largest NES library ever. So I suppose you could say that I was classically trai- *shot*

Guest Random Dude
I love old games. I have a huge N64 library. My system is ancient though, it was my mom's before it was mine.
Saturn of Elemia
Don't even get me started on the good old days of the NES and Atari. There are few newer games that really appeal to me (but those that do are just plain awesome).
Shradow
I'm trying to build up a SNES library. Old games are the best.

Baragon
F*** YOU NINJA GAIDEN. F*** YOU. Did you ever beat it...? It took me three months. D:Yeah. I was stuck in Mexico for a month with my uncle, and he owned an American copy of the original arcade game. Go figure. After about two and a half weeks of practice, beat it without taking a hit. OF COURSE THERE IS NO PROOF OF THIS BECAUSE IT'S AN ARCADE GAME. :(
Shradow
I have a little box thing that has just a joy stick and button, and av cords so that I can play Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig-Dug, all those old games on my tv. I'm not sure what the technical term for it would be.

Lonk
Old School games are awesome and not political gamewise like this generation. My mom played pac-man for 1 hour with 1 quarter.
Lazer Yoshi
While I play games like Half Life 2 and Halo 3 more, the oldies are extremely epic. Remember the original Spyro games?
Saturn of Elemia
@Clair - The NES Ninjia Gaidens are hard as hell. Thank goodness they made a Ninja Gaiden Trilogy for the SNES that actually had a SAVE function! THANK YOU, GOD! @Lazer Yoshi - The Spyro games were okay. They're going the course of Sonic right now, though - running outta good ideas. BUBBLE BOBBLE FTW!
Shradow
I think my favorite old school character is Geno. Though, the very first old school character I played as was that red spot from the 7-Up bottle.

Those were actually really good games. (I doubt it'll happen, but I'd like to see Cool Spot come out for the VC)

Saturn of Elemia
Pong = EPIC Back in my day, we didn't have your fancy XBox360 and your hi-res graphics. We had 2 lines and a block!
Shradow
Don't forget the numbers in each corner signifying the score. And I had Cool Spot for the Genesis.
Clair
The very first game I ever played was MM2. It sort of ruined my gaming childhood on the NES, because I expected all the other games to be as good. D:
