Pravus Academy (Started/Accepting) (PG13)

[Felix Culpa]

Amity was looking at the locks intently, her eyebrows scrunched together in frustration. "Now this just won't do," she said to herself, examining the locks.

 

"What's the problem?" Klaus asked, trying to look over her shoulder.

 

Amity pouted, "I'm not able to unlock magical locks as easily as the flimsy human kind. The lock to the school gate will open if you sing the school song to it in C minor, so it's not that hard to actually get into the school, but this isn't that type of lock, and it's even more confusing then a Rubix Cube." Amity sighed, and put her hands on either side of the hinges where the door would open if it wasn't locked and game them a strong push, flying off the ground for a few minutes, as if she was weightless.

 

The doors caved in, breaking under Amity's strength. "Wow!" Klaus said, stunned by the small girl's intense strength. She wrapped the metal doors around a tree and jumped into the hole, followed by Klaus. "This just gets stranger and stranger."

"WOW, We so need strength training from her now thats for sure" . Britney said as she jumped into the hole, Natalie sticking her head into the hole. "BRITNEY ARE YOU ALIVE CAUSE IF NOT IM TAKING ALL OF YOUR STUFF" . Natalie yelled down into the hole, Britney looked up at Natalie's face and jumped up, Grabbing her by the arm and dragging her into the hole with me, Both girls tumbling ontop of each other. "Im going to kill you when i get back to the school" . Britney and Natalie both said in unison , As they both got up and began following Klaus.

"This place looks so boring," Amity said, leading the way through the white washed halls, which seemed to go on forever.

 

"I'm still not picking up on Jared's energy trails," Klaus said. "Could it be possible that they drained him of his energy somehow? But that'd give him only a few hours before he wastes away into nothing."

 

"Oh, you're brother will be dead very soon, if those buffoons don't mess it up," said Kris from behind the group.

Britney and Natalie both twirled towards Kris, Britney's emotions were slowly creeping over her and taking control of her. "What did you do to Jared, If he's dead by the time we find him, Then i can promise you your head will be on a plate" . Britney said threateningly, She stepped infront of Kris, Her fists were clenched and her eyes were staring straight at Kris, If you stared into them you would actually see the burning fire of hell. "They don't call me the craziest B!T)H in Pravus for nothing" . Britney whispered to Kris as she turned into her true form and punched forward with all her might, HHaving her fists hit Kris right across the face.

Kris didn't even flinch away from Britney's punch, and she wasn't fazed by it either. Kris arm suddenly went up, letting out a blast of energy that threw all of the search party against the walls except for Klaus, who used his own energy to deflect it. The amount of energy in the hallway was swelling up, forcing Klaus into his true form.

 

"You know, I don't understand this, but you and Jared have similar energy paths," Kris said, staring across the hall at Klaus. "So, Ezekiel said I have to catch you too."

 

"Well, that's too bad. I'm not as easily tricked as he is," Klaus said, darting down the hall, making an energy scalpel with his hands.

[-Genesis-]

Kris's blast of energy threw Akima back, but he was able to stop himself from crashing into the wall by spreading his wings and using them to change his angle so that his feet hit the wall and he was standing on it for a second before he got back on the floor. *Damn she's strong, looks like I'll need to use Artemis.* He reached down to his thigh and took Artemis off the strap holding it to his leg. He spread Artemis to it's full length of 5ft, flew forward, landed on Klaus left, and took a stance. "You're not alone Klaus, I'm right here with you."

 

Suddenly the walls and floor around them cracked and Lyon seemingly instantaneously appeared behind Kris standing back-to-back with her, "I have a question for you, Kris...... have you ever fought a fully energized pureblood vampire?" Lyon's eyes glowed blood red, but this time it had nothing to do with thirst. He was using some of his powers as a pureblood vampire. Suddenly Kris went flying across the hall into a wall. Lyon turned to Klaus and the others, "Go find Jared, I'll handle Kris. I'll be right behind you soon." Then he turned to face Kris.

[Felix Culpa]

"You can't see her aura. She's power incarnate. We'd have to eliminate her for me to have any clue where I'm going. An Alder King's spacial conception is based on his ability to see the aura of those around him," Klaus said, his eyes closed. "And while we're in our true demon forms, we can only see using auras to guide us. Which means, I'm effectively blind around her."

 

Klaus created a blade of energy in his hand and charged forward at Kris, who cut the blade in half with a flick of her wrist. "You're coming with me, Klaus."

 

Klaus was suddenly on the ground, and he'd lost complete control of his body. Kris was gone, as well, which mean Klaus went dormant. Well, well, this place is crowded now, isn't it? Klaus's demon voice said in his head. Oh, shut up, you prick, Kris's voice said in his head.

[Jake the Sage]

"Make a left turn . . . no had it not been a right?" Jacob asked himself as he wandered the halls, obviously lost, "Next time I am not taking directions from a talking pumkin even if I do have to sleep outside!"

 

Turning right Jacob found himself in yet another abandoned hallway, with no person in view as he continued to look for his room after the tiring day at Pravus Academy. Time had passed suprisingly quickly and he had found that, thankfully, no one had noticed he appeared a bit too human nor showed any real signs of being a monster; thus avoiding any unwanted fights. "This is just like you Jakey-boy . . . all alone except for yours truly," the inner creature within him taunted as the building suddenly shook violently, a low rumbeling throughout the structure causing him to cling to a wall, "What was that?!"

 

"If you do not know then how the f*ck am I supposed too!?" Jacob heard in the back of his mind while he pushed himself off the wall. Looking around the rumbeling had stopped, but he could sense some monsters were close by and he didn't want to be caught all alone when, and if, they crossed paths. Taking a step forward the loud snap of a board made him look down, seeing that his foot had went through the floor, and that he was now stuck. Looking up he frowned as the floor beneath him collapsed completely, causing him to topple to the first floor and then through even that . . . and the floor beneath that . . . and the one beneath that until he was two floors underneath the actual building.

 

Once he had hit the ground, accidentally falling into the battle that had unknowingly started to begin underneath his own feet, Jacob sat up with his hands on his head. Coughing he rubbed it gently as the pain washed over him. Opening an eye he couldn't help but yell in suprise as he saw the monsters he had been sensing a while ago, thenb realizing he was surrounded by them along with another person- a single girl.

Klaus got up, his head throbbing. What's going on? he thought, rubbing his head. He bolted forward, another scalpel of energy forming in his hand, though he was heading straight for Akima. "These friends of yours will only be a minor inconvenience," Klaus said, though he hadn't thought those words.

Jared was restrained by the arms and legs, his body feeling weaker and weaker by the minute, while the familiar voice still couldn't be placed by his mind. It seemed to bring up the fear of death though.

[-Genesis-]

Akima instantly blocked the attack with Artemis which instantly cancelled out the energy scalpel and then he flipped Artemis sideways smashing Klaus in the side of the head.

 

Lyon was stunned momentarily as Klaus went after Akima, and then ran up between them and used his ability again throwing Klaus back into the wall. "What the hell was that! Minor inconvenience....... I'm as strong as you at the moment if not more so because I fed earlier." Lyon walked towards Klaus wary that something was wrong with him.

 

Akima put Artemis away and looked at Klaus and Lyon, "Why'd he attack me? Did I do something that pissed him off?"

[Jake the Sage]

With the sudden burst of action erupting in front of him Jacob gave a yell before scrambeling behind the girl, something he wasn't proud to do, and watched the attack get parryed before someone else pushed the two people away. Breathing heavily he glanced up and the girl before pulling on her pants, "Umm . . . excuse me? What is going on? Why are those two fighting each other? I guess I am not near the dorm rooms am I . . ."

[Felix Culpa]

Klaus lifted his legs and kicked Lyon away into the opposite wall. "You know, this is getting boring," Klaus said. Klaus darted down the hallway, but at the end of the hallway, he jumped through a solid wall, and he was gone.

 

Jared's thoughts were interrupted by the door flying open again, a wave of energy slightly replenishing his. A man fell to the floor and a short girl whose silver hair glinted in the light was standing in the doorway. Kris was back.

Having followed the girl without question Jacob found himself looking at another student, who appeared to have been chained up, but none of his questiosn were answered. In fact it seemed that he had even more questions than answers now as he left the girl to examine the guy. Looking him over Jacob was sure he had seen better days, "Um miss why is he chained up like this? Is he dangerous?"

[-Genesis-]

Lyon looked at where Klaus had disappeared stunned, "Dammit, I''m gonna follw him, you guys stay here!" Lyon ran at the wall and using his power shattered it just as he was about to crash into it and followed Klaus scent. *Dammit what happened to Klaus, did Kris do something to him before she disappeared? Oh, sheet! This means I'm the only one in their right mind who can fight Kris.*

 

Akima looked at where Klaus had disappeared and where Lyon had followed him. "Great! Now what do we do? Just sit here?" He turned to Britney and absorbed his wings back into his back. "What do you think we should do?"

 

Back at the school Tana was getting read to leave. *I'm not gonna be left behind simply because I need to replenish my blood supply. I can fight.*

[Felix Culpa]

Kris looked behind her, unaware of the fact that Jacob was following her the entire time. "Yes, both of these people are," Kris said, motioning to one of the shadowed men to chain Klaus up next to Jared. A man with a scarred face took Klaus and threw him against the wall, two set of chains stringing him up on the wall next to Jared.

 

"Now, child, how did you follow me here?" Kris asked.

[Jake the Sage]

Jacob, unaware he was with the enemy, merely watched as Klaus was chained by a man with a very noticable scar. Once the girl had addressed him he scratched the back of his head, a bit embarrassed to explain the entire situation, but finally calmed down enough to answer her, "I just followed you. It wasn't that hard . . ."

[Felix Culpa]

"But I jumped through the wall back there," she said, "You'd have to be human to get through the walls here. But you wouldn't be here if you were human." Kris was confused witht he situation she was in. A student in a Pravus Academy uniform had followed her into one of the secluded prison chambers she constructed on her older brothers orders.

 

Jared looked over at Klaus, his eyes widening. "Klaus!"

[-Genesis-]

Lyon had followed Klaus to the rom where he was being chained. He was a bit behind Kris hiding his aura and energy using the seal on his neck. *Dammit! Jared's right there, but that I can't take on Kris and that man with the scar at the same time. I'll have to disable the man with the scar first.* Then Lyon saw the kid, *Why is there a Pravus student in there? Is he with Kris? Maybe he'll question who's the good guys and the bad guys when he see's that I'm still wearing my school uniform.*

[Jake the Sage]

"Uh well," Jacob said a bit confused himself, unsure how he was able to get into an area that was only allowed for humans while he was a monster. He remained confused until someone answered his questions, the inner demon himself, "You f*cking idiot! I am the demon, you are the human." His eyes getting big he snapped his fingers before looking at Kris, "But I am human!"

[Felix Culpa]

"A human in the Other Realm?!" Kris said, jumping backwards and seeing Lyon. "You! Did you bring this human here?" Kris sent out another wave of energy, throwing everyone against a wall. Jared and Klaus absorbed the energy, their bodies getting stronger. Their eyesight improved and they saw the person standing in front of them, next to the scarred man.

 

"Damien, is that you?" they said in unison. "You're... dead!"

[Jake the Sage]

Surpised by Kris' sudden attack Jacob felt a wave of energy pass through him, making him skid back a bit until he stopped. Coughing he held his side and looked up, "What was the meaning of that!? I didn't do anything to you!!!"

 

Standing back up he clenched his fists in rage, but kept his demonic side from emerging as he didn't want to loose himself to the inner beast. Taking deep breaths he felt his pulse go down and his forehead dripped with sweat while his anger subsided, not wasn't the time to get angry . . . he had to do something useful!

[-Genesis-]

Lyon used his power to protect himself from Kris' energy wave. "I'm here for my friends and I'm not leaving without them!" Lyon's eyes glowed a bright blood red again activating another of his powers. He bit his into the palm of his own right hand making it bleed and then whipping his hand out, the blood soldified and turned into an infinitely malleable whip. The whip curled around Kris and bound her in place. Then he used a third ability and with a wave of his left hand Kris was enveloped in flames. "Do you get my point now!"

 

Back in the hall where Lyon and Klaus had left him with Britney, Akima decided to follow. "Hey Britney I'm gonna go after Lyon and Klaus, you gonna come?" He stood there waiting for a response afraid that something was going on and that the others would need help.

 

Tana was wandering around using the bracelet which was the match to Lyon's seal it allowed her to track him and she was actually not far behind when she came to the gateway that they had opened earlier.

[Felix Culpa]

"Shut up," Kris said, punching Jacob in the face. She faced Lyon, assuming a battle position that imitated Klaus's loose poses that mimicked the flow of water. She punced forward and struck with a windmill kick, her strength exploding out of her small shape. As far as the rest of them were aware, Kris hadn't even gone into her true form yet, if she wasn't already.

 

"That's right," Damien said to the two chained up, "I am dead. And you made me this way."

 

"No we didn't! You sacrificed yourself when the battle started so the rest of us wouldn't die!" Klaus said.

 

"You made me this impure spirit, stuck on the mortal plane forever," Damien said, "The sacrifice was impure. You tainted my blood with your energy."

[Jake the Sage]

Stumbeling backwards Jacob fell to the floor, his nose bleeding from the blow Kris had given him. Wipping the blood from his face he stood up and took a step back, glancing around before rushing towards the two chained up guys, now sure that they weren't so dangerous; and if they were, it was most likely only against her. Sliding underneath the scarred man's own feet he got back up, now in between the man and those who were chained up, and grasped the chained before pulling them, "Don't worry! I'm here to help!"

[Felix Culpa]

"You won't be able to break the chains," Jared said, coughing up a bit of golden blood. "I've tried and tried, but they'll just absorb energy from whoever is touching them if you struggle."

 

Jared coughed up more blood, even though he'd been given energy from Kris's wave of energy. They were starting to weaken rapidly.

 

Klaus spotted a vine above their head, which had crawled through the ceiling of the underground hideout. If I could reach it, I could transfer some energy into that and control it. "Boy," Klaus said to Jacob. "Cut off my hand, and throw it up to the vine up there. If you do it quickly, I might be able to get my brother and I out of this mess."
