Instead of going to the Auditorium, Daichi decided he wanted to check out the school, mainly looking for a pool or some sort. It didn't take him long before he found a lake not far from the school. "Pool is good, Lake is even bedder." He was about to jump in to the lake, but he decided against it. "I guess i should get in to the school. They might be giving important announcements." He walked to the school alone. When he got inside the building he immediately went to the auditorium and went to the very back or the room. "Looks like i missed most of the important stuff." He thought to himself. "Oh well, I'll get over it."

Jared walked down the staircase, but it came to a dead end o bricks, and no life force could be detected beyond the wall. "Something's not right," Jared said, uneasily, but he turned around to go sign up for the Newspaper Club. "This should be an exciting year."

"4 years, actually," Klaus said, appearing out of nowhere behind Jared. "You'll be taking the same class for 4 years, so it's very important you make a wise decision."

"I choose Newspaper Club," Jared said, writing his name down.

Britney walked back into the auditorium, Her eyes were shining and her heart was racing. "Wow....I just met the cutest person in the school....If you need me im signing up for Newspaper Club" . Britney told Natalie as they passed each other, Natalie eagerly looking around trying to find something that would suit her needs and her wants, Justin in the mean time was talking to some girl at the Drama Club booth. Justin left the girl with his number and signed the Sign Up Sheet. Britney signed her name eagerly down on the Newspaper Club Sign Up Sheet.

Natalie walked over to Justin and signed her name down right under his, Wanting to be very close to her twin at all times. "I hope you know that if you do mess with my brother i will rip you apart" . Natalie said Menacingly to the girl at the Drama Club booth as Justin came back and pulled Natalie away from the booth. "You seriously need to calm your temper, Besides i thought you only kill Men?" . Justin asked Natalie, A little bit of confusion in his voice.

Jared walked back to his dorm, throwing himself on his bed. There were too beds in the room, but Jared had not seen hide nor hair of his roommate, which made Jared think, hopefully, that there had been a blunder in the room assignment.

"Whatever, hopefully, he doesn't stumble in late tonight," Jared sighed, "I might just be in the mood to kill."

Jared, you must be kidding, right? his inner Alder King said, You won't really kill the boy will you?

"You have no sense of humor," Jared sighed.

Leon walks around the place, minding his own business. He passes 4 booths that interest him: Swimming Club, Wrestling Club, Tennis Club, and Fencing Club. He did Swimming, Tennis, and Fencing back in Middle School back in the human world, even played in the High School teams and won State tournaments. No surprise, being a monster in a human's world. As for wrestling, he was training to be a professional wrestler back then. After 30 seconds of debating, he moves to the Fencing booth and signs up The man who seems to be the captain sees him, checks him.

"You good, kiddo? Not a lot of freshman sign up. Pretty dangerous stuff." The captain said.

"I've been undefeated in the 12 years I've been using my katana." Leon said.

"12 Years? and your how old?" He said.

"15," Leon replied.

"hmm...I like you. Tryouts are next week. See you there, kiddo.

Leon ignores him and heads off. All of a sudden, he begins remembering his troublesome past. His father's funeral when he was 3, his mothers lies so she can get into his jeans, and all the human boys who make fun of him. He rubs his head as if he has migrane. He accidentally bumps into a young woman signing up in the Newspaper Club booth. "I apologize. I just have a migrane and I tend to lose my focus."

Klaus was sitting in the middle of the hall, rubbing his temples, at the same time Klaus was seeing the people walk by, his inner Alder King was determining what species of monster they were, and whether or not they would be dangerous in Klaus's mind.

There doesn't seem to be anybody here that could derail you, besides maybe that Incubus/Grigori. He's got a larger than average dark aura, for someone who is a half and half. his inner Alder King analyzed, Oh, and maybe a good-looking woman or two. You have such human weaknesses.

Klaus sighed, "Shut up."

"I'm gonna go find out what kind of stuff this school has." Daichi thought to himself. He stood up and walked to the exit or the room. "I did some martial arts in my last school, maybe they will have something like that here." He said out loud as he left the room. "Swimming would be good, of course they might also not let me join because it's unfair to everybody ells." Daichi searched the entire school, but the only combat based club he could find was wrestling & fencing. "Well, my teacher did say that our style had a lot of the same characteristics as fencing.... maybe I'll be good at it." He went in to the club room and grabbed one of the swords. Weather this was aloud or not, he did not know. "This might take some getting used too, but i think i can do it." He looked at the handle. "No punio? There goes some of my bedder moves. Oh well."

(punio is a real term, unfortunately i can't find the spelling for it.)

Jared fell into a deep sleep, but his dream wasn't like normal.

He was walking the hallways of the school, and they looked familiar, though the only hallways he would remember were the ones he went down to see where the staircase led. He continued on the familiar path, turning ever so often as the map had originally told him.

He reached the bottom of the stairs, but a giant hole was blown in the wall at the bottom, which apparently went on for 20 feet of solid bricks. Jared continued down the hole and saw a giant white orb, with a massive life energy rotating 40 feet of the floor.

"Welcome, Jared," said a pair of red eyes from the shadows, "This is Fate. I just wanted to show you what happens when yours becomes one with mine. Good luck."

Lyon and Tana had just arrived at the school a few minutes ago and now entered the auditorium with Tana close behind him, "You don't have to be so shy, most of these people are new like us, so we're a year ahead of them, it's no big deal. Come on, loosen up Tana. I mean I'm not ganna be with you all the time, you might as well amke a few friends you can trust." The two of them stopped when they found the Newspaper Club booth, "So Tana, how's this, we'll join the club and see what happens from there, I mean you might as well try to meet people here." Lyon picked up the pen and signed his name on the list and handed the pen to Tana who after a bit of glaring took the pen and signed up as well. "You know I'm gonna get you for this." Lyon chuckled, "Yeah, I know..... ouch!" Tana lightly punched Lyon's shoulder and kept following, "I understand that you want me to meet new people, but it's not the point, even you had to prove that I could trust you before I accepted it, I mean, I'm not going to go up to someone like that, I'm not you. I don't have a big name like the Tsyuuki Household to back me up." Lyou smirked back at her, "Well actually you do....." Tana glared at him again, "You know what I mean, you're turning this into a joke." Lyon nodded and looked off into the crowd, "So you want me to go up to someone and introduce you? ..... Ok." With that Lyon turned around to a boy and girl standing behind them at the Newspaper Club booth and started walking back to them. Tana realized what he was doing and knew that she was stuck, if she followed him he would introduce her, but if she didn't then she'd be alone, *Damn him, I'm so going to get him back for this later!*, she walked up behind him and arrived just as Lyon spoke, and she looked at the ground suddenly becoming shy and not wanting to make eye contact. He had stopped infront of the two at the Newspaper Club booth and spoke, "Hello my name is Lyon Tsyuuki and this is Tana Kuyou, we're in grade 10, but we just transfered here from another school. We were looking to meet some new people and decided to introduce ourselves."

Akima was walking throughout the auditorium and couldn't find a club he liked, *I wonder, do I really have to join one at all?* He pulled out one of the sheets of paper he'd recieved when he arrived, *Damn it looks like i have to sign up for at least one, might as well find something easy or at least something where I can fight, I have to keep practicing for if he shows up again.* As he kept walking he saw a cut girl standing at a booth labelled Newspaper Club with two guys and another girl, *Well it sounds easy, I might as well take a look.* With that he started walking over towards the booth and the people there.

~Timeskip to: Monday, October 4. First day of classes~

Of course, the freedom Jared and Klaus had from each other over the small night's sleep after the assembly didn't last, because they were seated alphabetically in their homeroom.

Their homeroom teacher, a nice-looking woman of about twenty-eight stood from her desk. "Students, today, you will receive your schedule for all your classes, and, for those of you who aren't in drama classes, will be the last time you will see me."

Some of the students in the back mumbled their gratitude for not having to be in this class. "Well," the teacher said, slamming a stack of papers down on her desk, "You will report to your club sponsor's room every morning and afternoon, and between those times, you will report to your classes. Unfortunately, the fortune teller for the aptitude test hasn't arrived yet."

She went through the aisles passing out schedules, and it looked like Jared was in many classes with Klaus, minus a few blank hours for freelancing for the newspaper and elective classes in the evening.

"Ugh," Jared said, "I thought I'd be seeing less of you. We've got Advanced Fighting and Self Defense next period."

As the clock ticked by, Ralph stared quietly at the wall. During the first day of his senior year, he's been locked up in his room. He sighed and laid back on his bed, now looking at the cold dry ceiling. He thought that this academy was hell. Why do I have to go? he thought to himself. He sat up and decided to just walk around the building once more. Nobody would be insane enough to stop him. Unless they were freshmen. He got up from his bed and dusted his pants, then went outside, ignoring everybody that passed by. He had a small thought of this being a bad idea, but he wasn't going to listen to that. Ralph kept his hood on, covering his eyes as he passed by. Aside from the annoying adults, he could do whatever he wanted.

A chuckling voice interrupted Ralph's walk. "You seem to be angry with someone. Or something. Nice to meet you, Ralph," the boy said. He looked to be about sixteen, a high school sophomore. He had fiery red-orange eyes and a white smile that seemed to make him seem more villainous. "My name is Isaac." He flipped his wrist and a business card seemed to appear out of nowhere.

Isaac "Mr. 4"

Explosives Expert

Just burn this card to contact.

Isaac smiled and a smoke bomb went off at his feet and he was gone.

Gene walked down the sidewalk of the school. He had a cigerette in his mouth and was ignoring the mindless blabering of his fellow schoolmate. As he walked down the sidewalk he stopped pulling the cigerette out of his mouth and flicking it into a empty lot. He sniffed the air around him catchign the scent of something unusual. "Hm... What is that?" He started to run towards where the scent was with great haste and stopped seeing the smoke bomb go off. "Ah.. a smoke bomb.." He shrugged it off and began to walk again.

Isaac sat on top of the school, examining each student. "Hmm, the freshman crop doesn't seem to have too bad an aura. That's too bad." He disappeared in another smoke bomb.

The bell rang, signaling for students to go to their first period classes. Jared and Klaus slid their books into their bags and carried them to their fighting class.

"Hello, class," said a man meditating on the desk in the front of a dojo-styled room. "Please, take a seat wherever you like. You'll be relocated after a bit."

Klaus and Jared sat on opposite sides of the room, examining the crowd that entered. Only 12 students besides themselves entered. "So this is the crop of freshmen that joined the Newspaper Club, huh? I was in the Newspaper Club for two years before a bad fight with a dragon left me incapacitated for three years-" a shocked silence fell over the crowd as the man's bare chest showed many large scars crisscrossing over his body, and a star-shaped scar over his right eye, which seemed sewn shut "-but no worries about that nowadays!"

Daichi was siting in his seat during home room trying to force himself to stay awake. "Fortune teller?" He thought to himself. "So that's how they figure it out." He sighed slighly. "I never did believe a word that fortune tellers ever told me." He looked out the window at a lake outside the school. "Damn. too bad they wouldn't let me join the swim team unless i shaved my head." He pictured himself with no hair on his head. "I like swimming, but i am not shaving my head." He sighed slightly.

When he heard the bell ring Daichi was one of the first people out the door and he quickly headed for his first class.

Once the bell had rang for the student body to exit their homeroom classes and begin to make their way to first period. Through the massive throngs of "people" the tiny diminutive body of Jacob ducked and weaved his way through the much larger bodies of the upperclassmen and just plain old larger students. One thing was for sure, Pravus Academt was not a "tiny friendly" place, and each second Jacob ran the risk of being knocked over and trampled to death. Luckily all those years of escaping chasing people made this a piece of cake for him as he occassionally glanced down at the schedule handed to him by his homeroom teacher, "So I should go this way . . . to get to my first class. Wait . . . no . . . a right turn possibly?"

Rereading the complicated map, which resembled the Minotaur's labyrinth more than an actual building, Jacob was unaware that he had went straight into the white cloud of smoke. Coughing he looked up as his face slammed right into a senior's backside [Ralph].

Lyon and Tana were sitting in the back of the Newspaper Club's room and Lyon smirked as the teacher showed off his old wounds. Lyon decided he may as well mention it since no one else seemed willing to. Lyon raised his hand and after a few seconds stood and spoke without waiting for the teacher's acknowledgement, "Sir, why is it that you still have those scars? I can think of many different things that could have healed them even now after all these years.... so why do you bear them like an old pain?" Tana looked at Lyon as though he was insane for bursting out like that in the middle of class and she grabbed him by the wrist and whispered to him, "Are you crazy! You want to get into trouble on the first day!" Then she realized that because she was right next to him she was now attracting attention and sat down quickly and looed down at her lap.

Akima was sitting in the back of the room watching as a student he'd seen before in the auditorium stood up and spoke to the teacher in a condecending and superior way, *What the heck is wrong with him? Who does he think he is to speak like that to a teacher here?* Akima leaned back to watch the scene unfold and hopefully learn something about this, in his mind, arrogant student.

Ralph figured it was best to look at the card. "Tsch, explosives expert?" He grabbed the card from the floor only to throw it back again. He then continued his walk, rudely pushing several people along the way and glaring at some. "The people here don't know when to relax...I mean, it's practically a damn school..." Ralph though. His fingers folded into fists but back into a calm state. It was something Ralph did for the sake of it. Whether or not he was nervous or angry.

"Ah, yes, Lyon," the teacher sighed, looking down at his student roster, "There are somethings that no matter how hard you try, they just don't heal. These scars are those from the claws of a Red Dragon, which is most deadly in variety. It's scales create a thin layer of poison, that, when transferred to the skin of a demon, will kill him in the time it takes for you to call for help. Now, those who are intelligent and strong can purge said poison from their body by meditation. It's nothing really easy. But these scars are forever."

The crowd hushed as the teacher looked around. "It seems as if everyone is here." (Sorry to kill your heart, The Dragon Duelist, but this is the freshman fighting class, so you won't be in it.) "Pair off."

Jared stood and walked over to Akima. "So, do you think you can handle me?"

Akima snapped out of his daydreaming and looked up at Jared who was standing over him. Akima shrugged and stood up out of the seat, "Whatever, I guess I'll take a shot, what kind of monster are you? Also are we allowed to use weapons?" As he asked he reached for a metallic staff about a foot in length, "Because I need a little more practice with Artemis. If not well I'm still in." He stood their waiting for a response since he wasn't sure if weapons were allowed.

Lyon shrugged at the teacher's response and mumbeled under his breath, "My sister could heal that wound, then again her power is that of extreme healing." Then he stood up and faced Tana since he knew she would refuse to pair up with anyone else. He smiled and spoke, "Just like old times right?" Tana smiled back, "Yes, well this isn't your home so let's not break anything, or anyone, ok." Lyon nodded and fired multiple punches at Tana each one blocked by either her forearms or pillars of ice shooting up from the ground. Lyon looked at Tana and smirked, "Well if you're gonna use your ice I might as well fight on an even playing field." As he fired another punch when Tana blocked it with an ice pillar he smashed right through it, "Come on Tana, you're better then this!"

"No weapons," the teacher sighed.

"Alder King," Jared smirked. "Are you ready?" Jared assumed his starting position, his arms slightly slack, barely raised from his sides.

Klaus sighed, pairing with one of the stronger looking Newspaper Club freshman, which made it an almost fair field. Klaus starting position was very fluid.

Akima sighed as the teacher said no weapons, "Well I guess that works.... so you're an Alder King and I'm an Archangel.... let's try this." Akima took what looked like a boxing stance, but his hands were flattened out and his legs were a bit farther apart. To the untrained eye it looked more like he had watched too many fighting movies, but to those who knew how to look at it they would see that this position out both his hands in an evenly offensive and defensive position as well as keeping his lags open for kicks, dodging, and flexibility.

Tana's eyes bulged for a second as Lyon smashed through the ice and came within an inch of punching her across the room. After recovering from dodging she turned her hands into her ice claws and fired a massive amount of ice shards at him and he used his speed to dodge most of them and smash the others to dust, but still ened up getting hit a lot. After a few seconds all the cuts had healed over and he looked at Tana, "Okay, so I kinda overdid it, I'm sorry. Are we even?" Tana smirked and shook her head, "That was a little more than kinda overdoing it. You've hit me with that before, only last time it was direct and your sister had to heal me." Lyon flinched, "Okay, okay, I'm sorry." Tana turned her back, "And yes we're even, but you're...." Lyon cut her off, "Okay, I know I'll make it up to you, later."

With the class about to begin to door burst open while Jacob fell face first onto the floor, his books falling everywhere in an almost comical way; the last book landing right on his head. Slowly getting up, the book sliding off, Jacob grabbed the back of his head and complained about 'that hurting more than it should have.' Looking back up at the staring faces he quickly gathered his books, "I-I am sorry I am late . . ."

When the classroom began to chuckle and laugh at Jacob his face grew red from ear to ear. With all of his books carried in his arms he shuffled over to the nearest empty seat and sat down, painfully aware that all eyes were now on him, and then plopped down in the seat.

Gene was sitting against a tree smoking a cigerette as usual. First period he was free so that ment he could do whatever he really wanted as long as he was on campus. He sighed out of bordem and jumped up quickly and began to walk towards the dojo to see what kind of 'new meat' there was this year. He yawned looking up at the sky becoming lost in thought. "Ah.. the darkness that is in this place... I love it." He tossed a small packet of his cigerettes up into the air then caught it again. "I guess I should hurry..." He started to dash towards the dojo now quickly reaching it. He near a window looking in at everyone.

Britney,Natalie and Justin all ran into the Freshman Fighting Class, Throwing their backpacks onto the side of a wall as they all just looked around wondering what to do. "Ok, So were here and we dont know what to do so if you wanna just wanna give us the whole details on what to do exactly so we can go ahead and do what were supposed to be doing that would be awesomeness" . Britney told the teacher as she realized that they were paring up to spar with each other.

Britney and Natalie both paired up with two smaller girls that were about just about 4 inches shorter than them, The girls didn't look too strong so they knew that they really didnt have big competition. Justin paired up with some guy, He was about twice Justin's size but Justin didn't really care, Justin was really strong even though he was just a little bigger than Britney and Natalie.

Britney's stance was slightly down, Her arm up to her elbow connected to her body, Above her elbow her arms set up high, Her fists clenched tight. Natalie's stance was different, She was bouncing from one foot to the other, She was like a boxer waiting to knock out her opponent. Justin's stance was just like whatever, His arms were held up and his fists weren't totally clenched but they were close to it, He almost looked like a kick boxer.
