I decided that I'll make all awful cards playable. Post which cards in your opinion need to be redone.

 

Immortal Ruler | *4 | EARTH

[Zombie/Effect]

You can discard or Tribute this card to add 1 "Zombie World" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

ATK/1800 DEF/200

 

Tongue Twister | *6 | DARK

[Fiend/Effect]

You can send 1 card you control to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Special Summoned this way, if this card is would be removed from the field, it is removed from play instead. Then, you draw 2 cards.

ATK/400 DEF/300

 

Dragunity Tribus | *1 | WIND

[Winged Beast/Effect]

When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned, you can send 1 Level 3 or lower Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. During your Standby Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove from play 1 card from your Graveyard to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard.

ATK/500 DEF/300

 

Armor Exe | *4 | LIGHT

[Rock/Effect]

You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard by removing from play 4 Spell Counters from your side of the field. This card is also treated as Spellcaster-Type monster. During each of your and your opponent's Standby Phases, remove 1 Spell Counter on your side of the field. If you do not, destroy this card. If this card is destroyed, except by it's own effect, place 4 Spell Counters on 1 face-up card you control you can place Spell Counters on.

ATK/2400 DEF/1400

 

Elemental Hero Necroshade | *5 | DARK

[Warior/Effect]

As long as this card is in your Graveyard, you can Normal Summon "Elemental Hero" monsters without Tributes. You can remove from play this card from your Graveyard to add 1 "Fusion" or "Polymerization" card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

ATK/1600 DEF/1800

 

Chaos Goddess | *8 | LIGHT

[Fairy/Synchro/Effect]

1 LIGHT or DARK Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner LIGHT or DARK monsters

Once per turn, you can send 1 LIGHT or DARK monster from your hand to the Graveyard to select 1 DARK monster (if you sent LIGHT monster) or 1 LIGHT monster (if you sent DARK monster) from your Graveyard. Special Summon that monster. It cannot be used as a Synchro Material monster this turn.

ATK/2500 DEF/1800

You dont have to use it's effect!

no tribute for a solid 1800 atk and 2000 def!

Here is a few IMO.

 

Card Breaker-A new card from the shining darkness pack

E-Hero Voltic-I think it needs a better effect, that's all.

and finally

Destiny board cards-They might be powerful, but I think they are weak and useless compared to Exodia. But you don't have to do any of these, they are just idea's. Just please, indefinitely redo Card breaker, you will see why when you look at it.
