How to make a Structure Deck Template?

I've been wondering for a while...

How do I make a template for a Structure Deck (that is 3d and is realistic)?

If you download a PNG version, it's super difficult to edit it, since it is 3D and realistic.

There are some in the showcase section. I've seen them. They're XCF file so you would need GIMP or Photoshop to use it. Remember the 'Search Thread button exists for a reason.

I've tried using an XCF file on Photoshop and it says that I can't. Also, whenever I try to open the file, it say that there's no application that I can use to open it with.

 

Does anyone else know how to make/where to download a PNG version of a Structure Deck Template?

K, I got the template with GIMP, but now I need to know how to render another picture so that it'll be angled.

Search on 'Tutorials' section, or post on 'Requests', which is a subforum of 'Shops', or post on one of the shops in the 'Shops' section if it can do what you want it to.
