Your argument in invalid. Stating things that can go wrong means nothing. JD can be stopped, DAD can backfire. That doesn't stop them from being op'd.

Your effect basically says "hey, roll a dice, get a monster that level, and double it =D"

It's no gamble, if you know how to make any OK deck, it's a profit no what you choose

EDIT: I forfeit, I have the Vanilla card but I cannot find any Sea Serpent Vanilla's to use a Fusion Monster Material. Please make sure that it is actually possible to find suitable cards to use for requirements, if you give me a new challenge that doesn't involve that bloody fusion I will stay in but if not, Gimmie the rep I won and let that other doode win.

Actually your opponent already sent me his cards. He found a Hydra like creature. But ur right. There aren't many good images to use as a fusion. So I'll let you choose its Type from Fish, Sea Serpent and Aqua

 

Lust, I'm really sorry. But "Gamble" effects are supposed to involve Dice roll, coin toss or any effect that depends on luck. Your effect lets you discard a card to gain 1000 Life Points. I know its risky to use that effect, because you might need that discarded card, it still doesn't count as a Gamble effect. Even if I would change my mind and let you pass now, I can't because the next round has already started. 15 hours have passed. The only thing I could do now is make the round 2 challenge from 1v1 (Inferno I20 vs Light Master XX) to a 1vs1vs1 (you vs Inferno vs Light). But I could do that only if both of em would agree. If not, then I'm sorry mate :/

But like I've said, its only if you and Inferno accept this, if not then theres nothing I could do Lust

Don't forget that Lust would have a handicap, because he/she doesn't know whats your challenge about and got only 8 hours left

battling resonating lust again from the last faulty round would be nice to seal the deal

i havent even started on my card yet, slept for 10 hours D:

it was just an example Lust -__-

however, now that i look back i think the double ATK is quite overpowered but its in the past lets battle again, fairly this time

Results for the 2nd round are here. After 3 days we finally have the 2 members that will fight against eachother in the finals :)

 

Lets start with the first 2 contestants,

~Red vs wolfman505

Both cards should be Water Attribute. Make 1 Vanilla monster and 1 Fusion monster.

Vanilla:

-Should be a level 5 monster.

-Combined ATK+DEF should be less then 2500.

-Its Type should be Sea Serpent, Fish or Aqua.

-The story behind your card should be interesting.

 

Fusion:

Should use 3x your Vanilla monster as fusion materials.

Should have a "Once per turn" effect.

Should have a "When Special Summoned from the Graveyard" effect

Should have a "Return all monsters used to fusion summon this card to your deck" effect.

Should have at least 1 more effect (up to you to choose witch one)

Well I think that the vanilla should be Fish-Type instead of Sea Serpent. Then the story isn't that interesting, but then again, you can't fail a vanilla card story :P

The fusion on the other hand is a little bit broken. The challenge was about you making a fusion monster used 3x your vanilla to fuse together. You have used "30,000-Year White Turtle + Akihiron + Aqua Serpent". Even though I've sent you a pm saying that you should probably change that u've ignored it :(

The "Once per turn effect" is kinda OP. Because it lets you destroy 1 lvl 5- monster per turn by paying a low 500 LP. The special summon effect is nice but u've forgotten the "Return to Deck" effect (not Hand).

The extra effect that allows you to return 2x monsters is nice.

Vanilla looks kinda nice as well as the fusion. You have added the fusion effect that returns cards to your deck. Once per turn eff is UP, but still its there. The special summon from graveyard is OP if you ask me. By paying 1200 LP, you get him from the grave +1000 ATK for all water monsters.

U've got some OCG:

When this card is Fusion Summoned return all fusion material monsters used to Fusion Summon this card to your Deck. Once per turn, release 1 WATER Attribute monster on your field to gain 500 Life Points. When this card is in the Graveyard pay 1200 Life Points to Special Summon this card to your field. Even though you lost more points because of the minor errors u've made the reason why I've chosen ~Red as the winner here is because wolfman505 still has 2 many OCG errors. Before the 2nd round started I've told everyone to check their OCG before sending me the card. You haven't learned your lesson in the first round. Hopefully u will learn it now.

Resonating Lust didn't send me a card in time so I guess you will be disqualified. Sorry.

Both cards should be Thunder-Type and should support the Batteryman archtype. Make 1 Tuner and 1 Synchro monster.

Tuner:

-Make sure that the tuners name should be "Batteryman Synchron".

-It should have a effect that boosts its ATK.

-Should have a special effect that activates when used to synchro summon that synchro monster u've made (name up to you).

-Should have a "When destroyed by battle" effect.

 

Synchro:

Should have a "Once per turn" effect.

Should have a "When Synchro Summoned" effect

Should have a "When destroyed by card effects" effect.

Should have at least 1 more effect (up to you to choose witch one)

Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 face-up Thunder-Type monster to destroy 1 face-down card your opponent controls. If this card is destroyed by your opponent's card effect, select 1 card in your opponent's hand and discard it. If the discarded card was a Monster Card, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the monster.

Loved the effect of both cards. Even though the picture in the first one doesn't remind me of a "Batteryman" monster it is kinda nice. I would only reduce the burn damage on the synchro to 700 or reduce its ATK to around 2500. Overall they are nice cards.

Your cards have a more fitting effect for "Batteryman" archtype. The pictures as well are better for Batterymans. They aren't OPed. Both of you have the same mistake in OCG "Hand". Its capitalized. Im just disapointed that I didn't recive Lusts card. Was hoping to see it.
