ParaToxic
Alright, I guess I'll announce the 3 winners in the first round (still waiting for kyuubi's card) yus4eel VS wolfman505[spoiler=Challenge]Make a Dragon-Type monster that has less then 2400 ATKShould be a Wind Attribute card, so make sure it gets a suiting effect.Should get a effect that can be used from the Graveyard. Should have a ability to return one of your cards from the field to your hand to activate a effect, witch will be up to you to add, just make sure its suitable for a WIND Dragon-Type monster and that its not OP. Should be removed from play when used its effect from the Graveyard. [spoiler=yus4eel]OCG:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 Dragon-Type monster and sending it to your hand. When this card is sent to your Graveyard, increase the ATK and DEF of all Dragon-Type monsters on your side of the field & remove 1 Dragon-Type monster from your opponents side of the field.FIX:hand = Hand& = andThis card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by returning 1 Dragon-Type monster from the field to your Hand. Comment: In your effect u've added that if you send your card to the Graveyard it would increase ATK/DEF of all Dragon-Type monsters. You didn't say how much it gets increased. You forgot to add to the last effect what would happen if he doesn't have any Dragon-Type monsters. Those few mistakes might cost you some points :/ [spoiler=wolfman505]OCG:During your turn when this card is in the graveyard Special Summon it by returning 1 Wind-attribute monster on the field to the respective owner's hand. After activating this cards effect, remove this card from play when its destroyed.FIX:graveyard = GraveyardWind-attribute = WIND Attributehand = Hand Comment: With the effect you should return 1 of your monsters to your hand. [spoiler= WINNER]wolfman505[spoiler=Explanation why I've decided so]Well, both of your cards weren't that great. Lots of OCG errors. The reason why I've decided so is because you had less OCG errors then yus4eel and u've made it more friendly to use. To the other side yus4eel card was a little bit OP, cuz it increased ATK/DEF of all Dragon-Type monsters for the entire duel. And he didn't use "Removed from play" effect.Sorry yus4eel. ParaToxic
Alright, I guess I'll announce the 3 winners in the first round (still waiting for kyuubi's card) Inferno I20 VS Resonating Lust[spoiler=Challenge]Make a Fairy-Type monster that has less then 1500 ATK+DEF (combined)Should have LP regen effect and if it attacks directly you can draw a card.Add a gamble effect that activates after u draw (up to you). Also make sure that you don't mess up the Attribute of this card. [spoiler=Inferno I20]OCG:Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 face-up Fairy-Type monster, except this card, to gain Life Points equal to the original ATK of the monster. When this card inflicts Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points, draw 1 card from your Deck. If the card is a Spell or Trap Card, remove it from play and gain 1000 Life Points. If the card is a Monster Card, you can Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position or you can roll 1 six-sided die and pick up cards from your Deck until you pick up any Fairy-Type monster whose Level is equal to the number rolled. Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position, ignoring the Summoning conditions. Double the ATK of the Summoned monster until the End Phase. Remove from play any other cards picked up. FIX:Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 face-up Fairy-Type monster, except this card, to gain Life Points equal to the original ATK of the tributed monster. This OCG is minor and will be ignored. Comment: Liked the effect a lot. Thats what I've first though, till I've readed that "roll six-sided dice". Well its 2 risky to use if you ask me, but then again it is a GAMBLING effect, so it should be risky. You could mill your deck in seconds. [spoiler=Resonating Lust]OCG:If your opponent controls only Attack Position monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, draw 1 card. You can discard that card to increase your Life Points by 1000. Comment: A nice effect, pretty balanced if u ask me. Only there is one big problem... Forgot about this:"Add a gamble effect that activates after u draw".Sorry about that... [spoiler= WINNER]Inferno I20[spoiler=Explanation why I've decided so]Both of your cards are amazing. Had a really tough time deciding, because both of you used em properly. The only reason why u've lost Lust is because u've forgot to add that gamble effect that activates when you draw a card. I guess that "(up to you)" that I wrote made u think that the gambling effect was up to you if you want to put it on the card. What I've ment with that is that the effect was up to you. It had to be there.Sorry Lust :( Well, read it :P
Inferno I20
in your face Lust!!jk good gameand actually die is the correct term. dice is plural and you only need to roll one "die"card to show evidence[spoiler=evidence!] thats whats gambling is for baby XD

ParaToxic
Alright, I guess I'll announce the 3 winners in the first round (still waiting for kyuubi's card) kilimow VS Light Master XX[spoiler=Challenge]Make a Spell or Trap Card that supports Machine-Type cards.Should be a Continuous Spell/Trap card with the effect to increase and decrease the ATK of all Machine-Type monsters on the field. When destroyed it should have one additional effect (up to you), just make sure it has something with Machine-Type monsters to do. [spoiler=kilimow]OCG:Place 1 Machine Counter on this card whenever someone Summons a Machine-Type monster. Increase the ATK and DEF of all Machine-Type monsters by 200 for each Machine Counter on this card, and decrease the ATK of all other monsters by 300 for each Machine Counter on this card. When this card is removed from the field, Special Summon a Machine-Type monster from your hand with a Level equal to or less than the number of Machine Counters on this card when it was removed from the field. FIX:hand = Hand Comment: Well liked it. It had all the effects I've asked for. [spoiler=Light Master XX]OCG:When you activate this card, destroy all other Spell and Trap Cards on your side of the field and Special Summon 1 Ultimate Defense Token (0 ATK, 3500 DEF, DARK, Machine-Type.) As long as that Token is face-up on the field, all Machine-Type monsters gain 300 ATK and DEF. All monsters on your opponent's side of the Field must Attack the Ultimate Defense Token. When the Ultimate Defense Token is attacked, you lose 1000 Life Points. When this card is destroyed, destroy the Ultimate Defense Token. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can remove it from play to have all Machine-Type monsters on your side of the field gain 800 ATK until the End Phase. Comment: Good effect. Destruction of your Spell/Trap Cards is quite useful if you use Geartown. It increased the ATK/DEF of all Machine-Type cards as well. But u've forgot to add a effect that decreases. The fact that your opponent has to attack ultimate defense token is quite useful and not OP because after each attack you need to pay 1000 LP. Forgot to add the effect that when the token gets destroyed the Trap goes to the Graveyard as well. Read Metal Reflect Slime. The removed from play effect is quite unique as well. [spoiler= WINNER]Light Master XX[spoiler=Explanation why I've decided so]Both of your cards are amazing and I mean REALLY AMAZING. Had a really tough time deciding. Even though u didn't have the ATK reduction effect, you've won. Kilimows card was just 2 OP. By summoning 4-5 Machine-Type monsters you reduce the ATK of all non Machine-Type monsters by 1500, witch is by me far 2 much. Should have added a MAX counter cap. Even though Lights card had 2 high DEF, it had a major drawback, 8 attacks and you've lost...Sorry kilimow! ~Red won by disqualification of kyuubi563 for not sending his card on time...SorryHere's their challenge and Reds card:[spoiler=Challenge]Make a Fairy-Type monster that has less then 1700 ATK+DEF (combined)Should be a Tuner card. Make sure it has the ability to return 1 Field Spell Card from your Graveyard. Should get one additional effect if used to synchro Ancient Fairy Dragon (up to you). Should have a draw effect.Make sure you get the Attribute for this card right. [spoiler=~Red]OCG:When this card is Normal Summoned, draw 1 card from your Deck. If the card is a Spell or Trap, return 1 Field Spell from your Graveyard to your Hand. Comment: You messed the effect up. You should get to return 1 Field Spell from the Graveyard to your Hand only when your card is used to synchro summon Ancient Fairy Dragon. But I've liked it that u've made this card a lvl 3 monster, and the ATK+DEF distribution. [spoiler=WINNER (obvious)]~Red

ParaToxic
Thats true, but that was just because Lust forgot to add a Gamble effect. He/She rushed to make the card and missed what it should have :) Anyway, the 2nd round has started. Sent you your card requirements so make sure that you include all effects and that your OCG is sharp ;)And please make sure to send the cards Lore together with your card. Also make sure that everyone who lost the first round give +1 rep to the person they lost to...Have fun. Yankee
Uh....the Gamble effect was optional, remember? >_>Also, the gamble effect was discard that card to gain 1000. I mixed the LP gain and gamble into one thing.Mine didn't have any ocg errors..his did, and MINE loses? How...interesting?His card...was op'd by a lot as well...o.0You get a fairy, then double it's attack, and/or just draw a card. That's an insanely op'd effect... "Add a gamble effect that activates after u draw (up to you)"Ya...Anyway, discard the card you draw, which was the only benefit from the monster, for 1000 LP is a big gamble...so...I'm VERY confused right now. duh i defeated Lust No, you didn't -.- Toxic just isn't a good reviewer... I don't mean to sound angry, I really don't. If Toxic had read the cards right, and understood, and still given Inferno the win, then ya, I'd say congrats to Inferno. If I was Inferno, I wouldn't exactly be proud of this win.

Yankee
Is that all? I'm not just a super DX I'm Yankeefan DXBut it is...the monster comes out no matter what with x2 atk. Along with lp gain, and a drawn card possibility. That's not much of a gamble, as it is at a shot at a better +1mind you, when you summon the monster wih this effect, it's still the battlephase, thus that x2 stronger monster is free to attack. I'd this monster managed to attack directly, doing damage to get it's effect towok, what are the chances that he new one won't work?

If I was Inferno, I wouldn't exactly be proud of this win. mine had OCG errors? can you please point it out? my card isnt overpowered, its just OR. you attack, you draw 1 card. if you drew a monster, you can special summon the monster in def mode or roll a dice and pick up cards till you find a fairy with the same number of stars and special summon it in ATK mode. if you activate that effect, you will lose the rest of the cards you picked up. doubling the atk only applies to the gambling portion of the effect. thus not overpowered. it cant even help Lightsworns and heavily mills your deck.also i kinda wanted to lose XD
Yankee
The dice roll basically helps youmill your deck, and get a beater out for. Turn that in all likelyhood will hit for a direct attack...
Inferno I20
not really unless you have cards that help revive those cards back from the removed from play pile. that double ATK depends though if you want to activate the second effectif you get unlucky and roll a six but have no level 6 monsters, you kill yourself or if you do but have one and it is at the bottom, you wasted a ton of cards. gamble
