Grunt Issun
well look at the ozzaru, and his tail, there had to be some plot to that.besides, he only needed to plan up to the first episode, where its revealed that he's a saiyan
~/Coolio Prime\~
Wrong, Cell had too many ties to Dragon Ball, as did the Kami/Piccolo plot.
Shradow
The only foreshadowing I can think of right now is the intro to episode 1 of TTGL. Just watch 2:10 through 3:35 to see it, but watching the whole thing and seeing its epicness couldn't hurt either. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qym7XbQ7ApE

Umbra
Bleach has a few. In Chapter 7 or so, the parakeet chapter, we learn that Isshin has a connection to the Karakura Hospital's chief. This later turns out to be Ishida Ryuuken, Uryuu's father. When Shinji first appears, he writes his name backwards because he likes doing things backwards. Twohundred chapters or so later, we learn his Zanpakuto's ability; to reverse the sense of direction.
Flame Dragon
Really, most series make use of forshadowing. Just to add to the list FMA, One Piece, and Fairy Tail have all made use of it.
