Kibuto relaxed. "They're bounty hunters from Planet Vegeta, or EX-bounty hunters to be exact." he began to Hadeus. "They destroyed my house 10 years ago, leaving us homeless for a month. They nearly killed my mother!" He then realized something. "You two know something about my mother. She disappeared and I have no clue where she is. What do you know about this?!?" He then concentrated his Ki once more, feeling more enraged. The taller of the pair said, "You'll have to defeat us to get what you want!" Kibuto smirked. "It'll be my pleasure." he turned to Hadeus. "Hadeus, I need your help. You take the taller one. I'll handle the other." The shorter of the pair said, "I'd like to see you try!"

[Daxter]

Hadeus chuckled. The shorter of the 2 men was a little mad at this.

 

"Is something funny tough guy!" The short one yelled.

 

"Oh course." Hadeus said with a smile. He then placed one sword on it's sheeth. "I'm going to kill you."

 

With that flash Hadeus shot over at the short one and they began punching and kicking at each other with high speeds. Hadeus kept landing a few hits, but none of the shorter mans shots even came close.

 

The taller of the 2 laughed while he saw this. "Well, while Lunious and Hadeus are having some fun, shall we?" The taller man smiled as he charged up a blast in his left hand.

 

(Ooc - Now you can control the taller man)

The taller one concentrated his blast and aimed at Hadeus. Kibuto didn't expect a change of plan, but it was doable. He used Instant Transmission to appear in front of the taller of the pair and grabbed his wrist with force, stopping the attack. Kibuto smirked and busted the stomach of the man with his knee, causing him severe pain and lacking ability to breathe. The man moved back to catch his breath. "You...got...spunk...kid...!" he said, panting. "You threaten our world, and you will perish!" yelled Kibuto. He then looked at Hadeus in a vicious fist fight with the shorter Saiyan. The man then lunged at Kibuto and he used Instant Transmission, appearing behind him and elbowing his back.

 

The man was coughing up blood from so much pain. "You...won't... defeat...ME!!!" The man then raised his arm and concentrated a large amount of Ki, enough to take out Kibuto. It was the Super Explosive Wave. He was concentrating slowly, but Kibuto didn't have enough time. He lowered himself down to the ground, thinking of a strategy. He then got it.

 

He then placed his hands back in the shape of a ball. He began to concentrate Ki. "Ka..." then a small ball of Ki began to form. "Me..." The ball of Ki began to grow. "Ha..." The ball became bigger than his positioning of the hands. "Me..." The ball looked it was about to burst. "Time to die!" yelled the man almost at full power. "HA!!!!!!!!!" Kibuto unleashed the Kamehameha wave, just as the Saiyan unleashed the Super Explosive Wave, not growing after being in contact with the Kamehameha. It grew bigger. Kibuto was losing it. He had no choice. "X2!!!!!" he screamed as he went into Kaiokenx2, doubling the strength of the Kamehameha.

 

With so, the Saiyan was shocked. The wave began to crack. He couldn't take so much power. "Too much power! I can't hold it anymore!!" And so, the wave bursted and the Saiyan got the full force. He screamed and screamed, until the blast completely destroyed him. He turned to nothingness. As the attack stopped, Kibuto powered down completely, saying something to Hadeus before he faints of exhaustion. "Hadeus, if I don't make it, kill him for me!" And with that Kibuto fell, unconscious.

[Daxter]

Hadeus saw what had just ahppened. He was shocked at what he saw. The power that was just unleashed. Kibuto slowly fell to the ground and Lunious took this chance to run.

 

"I don't get paid enough for this sheet!" he yelled as he took off flying away.

Hadeus gave him an angry look. "I don't think so, goodbye you coward." Hadeus's sword began to glow with a red energy and he threw his sword and it had such force it flew and pierced threw Lunious's chest and he fell to the ground. Hadeus looked over and noticed Kibuto was almost to the ground. Hadeus phased over and caught him. Hadeus flew over to where Lunious and with Kibuto in his arms. Lunious was hacking up blood and was close to death. He began to laugh.

 

"You're...you're...all gonna die...." Lunious said before dying. Hadeus ripped his sword out of the now dead Lunious and began to fly back to town. He took Kibuto to his his place so he could rest up.

Hadeus was sitting at his home watching the news on TV. Kibuto was in the other room.

 

"And so the death toll is estimated to be at 260" A news broadcaster said over the TV.

[Hotaru987]

"Have you found her yet!?" Maharu turned tolook at the worried face of her father, her own face mirroring the same emotion. She shook her head sadly. "No....I haven't...You said she was still in the stands...But that part had been destroied.....Dad....There's no way she could've surrivived that...."

 

Her father shook his head stubbornly. "No, she's still alive. We'll keep looking." He then turned and walked away, while Maharu just sighed sadly her head down. "Ok dad....Whatever you say."

 

During the explosion in the stands it just so happened that her parents were sitting in the spot that exploded. However, way before it happened her father had left to use the restroom. When he came back everything was in disarry. Heand Maharu chose to stay behind and help move rocks, and retrieve te bodies in hopes of finding her mother, but so far no luck.

 

Maharu flew into the air and looked around the rubble that was once half of the stadium, to try and find anything that they may have missed. She saw workers walking around moving rocks, pulling crushed bodies from under rubble, but nothing that would help her find her mother. "It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack!!" She yelled, her hands flying to her hair in aggrovation.

 

It was then she saw something red pinned under a rock. She instantly flew down, hoping it was her mom but not wanting to get to optimistic. She knew that there was no way her mom could've survived. Even if she was still alive after the explosion, the rocks surly would've killed her. "But....There's always a chance..." She whispered desperatly to herself.

 

There were some workers around that area, but she pushed them out of the way and began moving the rocks herself.

 

"H-hey miss! You should leave the heavy lifting to-" The worker was cut off by a bolder twice his side landed beside him. The others around him looked at Maharu with wide eyes as she continued to move the bolders as if they were nothing but pebbles.

 

Maharu froze when she saw the woman under the rubble. It was in fact her mother, but she was only able to tell by the clothes he was wearing. The body in question was crushed beyond recognition. Maharu's hand flew to her mouth as she an off behind a rock and threw up what little she ate today. Seconds after she fainted not being able to handly the shock.

[Daxter]

Sometime while Hadeus was watching the news about the events of today, he must have fallen asleep. He awoke and looked out his window and saw that the sun was starting to go down. Hadeus walked to the guest room and peeked in to see if Kibuto was awake yet. No. Wow, that guy has been out for a while, but I can see why, his attack had so much power. Hadeus sat back down in the living room and sat there, waiting for Kibuto to wake up and waiting for some answers on what happened today.

Kibuto had not done such a thing before, since he never decided to overuse his power. He had so many bruises and cuts that it seems it will take some time to wake up, but he did manage. As he finally came to, he felt so hurt and so weak. He turned his head, slowly to see Hadeus. "Hey..." he said weakly. "I'm never...doing that again...so long...as I am still alive..." He then made a slight cough. He could not believe he was still alive. He was glad about it. Although he didn't get any info on his mother, it didn't matter.

[Daxter]

Hadeus looked back and gave a faint smile.

 

"Oh I think you should run right out and do that again." Hadeus began to laugh as he got up and headed for the kitchen.

 

"Ok well I hope your hungry, made some food." Hadeus poured himself a cup of coffee and sat on one of the chairs in his kitchen.

 

"Ok so start talking, who are they, and how did they know me?"

Slowly, Kibuto began to sit up. "I'm not sure how they know you, but I've been knowing about them for 10 years." he began. "It was the first day I was able to fly. My parents were proud of me. We began to celebrate, since both my parents were Saiyans as well. Then, they attacked. They destroyed my home and nearly killed my mother. We eventually escaped unseen, believing that we were all dead. And..." He began to think. "...I don't remember anything else after that. I know it was on my home planet, but I don't even know what IT is." He then looked at Hadeus. "I expected to get info on my mother. Instead, we ended up killing them before we got the chance." He still felt weak, so he grabbed a bag from his left pocket.

 

"This is my bag of Senzu Beans. Always comes in handy when I have the energy." He grabbed a Senzu Bean and ate it, returning his stature to normal. He was still hungry, but he jumped up from the bed and stretched. "Ah, good as new." He turned to Hadeus. "So...what's cooking?" He laughed.

[Daxter]

Hadeus chuckled as he pulled out a small bag from the inside of his jacket pocket. "Senzu's, best bean I have ever had." He smiled as he put them away. He stood up and went over to the stove and stirred. "I made some soup, hope you dont mind." Hadeus then sat back down and scratched his chin hair, as he did normally when he was thinking. "How did they know me?" He said to himself. After about three times of saying it, he realized the answer wouldn't just come to him. "Ok well rest up, tomorrow morning we are going back to the desert where they were flying and we are looking for clues about what they were doing here." Hadeus told him as he began to chow down on some soup.

Maharu bolted from her sleep, eyes wide and in a cold sweet. She blinked a couple of times trying to give her eyes time to adjust to the dark room. She noticed that a white rag had been placed on her forhead. "I guess....It was all real....Mom's really gone..." She whispered sadly, thinking about yesterday. She stood up, walked over to the window, and pulled back the curtains allowing light to flow into the room.

 

"It's a beautiful day..." Maharu bit her bottom lip, and made her way to the bathroom to take a shower, letting her tears mix with the water and her loud sobs drowned out by the noise. It wasn't until half an hour passed before she finally got out of the shower and dressed in a pair of skinny jeans, and a purple tank top. Her purpleish-white hair was pulled up in a high ponytail, proudly showing off her gold heartshaped locket.

 

Maharu went down stairs looking for her father, only to find a note saying that he left to get the funeral together. "That's fine. I have a few people I need to talk too." She said to herself before leaving the house. "The only problem is....Is that I have no idea where they live." It was then that she began to ask around seeing if anyone knew where Kibuto or Hadeus lives. It had been a good hour of asking around before she finally got a lead, as to where Hadeus lived. "I guess this would have to do...I'll look for Kibuto later." She said flying over Hadeus' house.

 

As she got closer she sensed not one, but two familiar energies. "Kibuto must be here as well. Well, that certantly makes things easier." Maharu muttered landing right in front of the door. She hesitated before knocking softly on the door knowing that they would easily hear it.

Hadeus chuckled as he pulled out a small bag from the inside of his jacket pocket. "Senzu's' date=' best bean I have ever had." He smiled as he put them away. He stood up and went over to the stove and stirred. "I made some soup, hope you dont mind." Hadeus then sat back down and scratched his chin hair, as he did normally when he was thinking. "Fine by me." said Kibuto as he grabbed a bowl. He was so hungry, he ate it so fast it was gone in only 10 seconds. He felt relieved. "Ah, now that's a meal for a king. You're not bad of a cook. Do you work in a restaurant? It can be a perfect way to show off your cooking." He laughed, even though he was serious.

 

He then heard a knock on the door. "I'll get it." He then went to the door. He looked at the peephole and saw Maharu. How did she know I was here? he thought. Oh yeah, she can sense both of us. Makes sense. He then opened the door, seeing Maharu in her different attire. "Uh, hey Maharu. How you doing?"

 

He was a bit nervous. He had no clue how Maharu found Hadeus' house, but it didn't matter. So long as she was okay, he doesn't have to worry. "So...did something happen while we both flew off yesterday?"

Even though Maharu knew both fighters were in the house, she wasn't expecting Kibuto to open the door so she faulterd a bit. "Oh, um hi." With a quick shake of her head, Maharu instantly became serious. "When you left to go fight those Sayians the look across your face told me that you knew something about them. I want to know everything you know about them, and if there are others working with them. I assume you and Hadeus did kill them right?"

 

She looked down sadly when he asked if anything happened after they left. "Actually....I-" Her eyes glossed over but she quickly wiped away the unshed tears. "I'll tell you later."

[Kōsuke Ueki]

"Alright." said Kibuto. "Come in. I'll explain what I know." He then brought Maharu in the house, showing her to Hadeus. "I think you remember Maharu, right?" He sat down and looked at Hadeus. "Okay, Hadeus, she wants to know what happened to us and those Saiyans the other day, so I'll go first." He turned to Maharu. He then began to explain his side of the story about the Saiyans and how they destroyed his home on his birth planet 10 years ago. "And I ended up killing one of them, depleting all of my energy, making me fall unconscious. But I'm fine, now. Ate a Senzu Bean and now I feel good as new." He turned to Hadeus again. "Okay, your turn."

[Daxter]

Hadeus stood up and began to pace around his kitchen as he was informing Maharu on what was said. "I don't know who they were...but they claimed to know me." Hadeus stopped and scratched his beard. "I killed the one with ease, but I still wish I hadn't. We needed information from him." Hadeus went back and sat down. "Ok well I think we need to go back to that area where they were and see if we can find anything, cause if these people know about your past and mine, they might have some answers we are looking for.

Maharu took everything in that the two male fighters told her. "Well, if you're going back then I'm coming with you guys. If there are more of them, then I have a small matter to settle with them." She stated not really leaving room for them do decline her. "But I do have a question....Um, what is a Sezo bean, or whatever it's called? Is that some kind of new drug, because that's not good for your health."
