Biography: Terra was born on a small island were people didn't duel, but at the age of ten the island was destroyed by a hurricane and Terra was thrust into the world of Duel Monsters. Terra started playing with an earth deck the funny thing being his name. Terra eventually joined a duel gang though without any motivation he never truly showed his power. Terra soon found his Nightmare Tech Dragon and was invited to join the tournament.

Elemental beast/Wicked god/Earthbound Immortal/Dark Synchro/Ace Card: Ronoa, the Lifestealer

 

Biography: To much a shock of the entire anime world, parents do actually live past the birth of their child and hers are very fine and well, except for the fact that they are nothing like her. As a small child she started to slowly realize that her parents and herself were so different, and she could never understand why. She wasn't alone in her own head or anything, her parents would talk to her, and take her places, and give her the things she wanted, but she never quite felt the feeling of home in this house. She loved her parents dearly, even though they were managing their workplace so much. They were really quite rich, honestly, and her parents were good to her. They always tried to find time to cater to her. She would often go insane on her own just wondering why she was so different from the people she loved. One day she decided to tell her parents she would like to move away and start her own life with people like her. They sent her off with a small fortune of cash and said if she ever needed help she's always got a place to return to. Jane started forming her life around this card game she's always adored, and was pretty good at what she did. One day, during a duel, she was attacked by a random person, mentally insane and ready to kill. He attacked with a knife, and as the knife penetrated her side, a deadly force came and charged into the individual, causing him to lost grip of the knife. This force was Ronoa, the Lifestealer. He destroyed the maniac and as he was about to go suck Jane of her life force, Ronoa was instantly captivated by the purity of this girl's soul. Despite how insane a normal child would've been by parents that did not understand her, she lived life and appreciated it, and Ronoa could not kill someone of such purity. He instead saved her, and gave his service to her eternally, developing a bond to be broken only by time or death. Jane went on to live her life as a champion of the dueling circuit, and was given some strange invite to go a tournament. She instantly thought to tear the invitation in half, but Ronoa implored her to go. He felt something in the aura of the invite. So she obediently decided to attend.

Little heads up on the set I made by the way, I don't plan on using ALL YCM cards, even if I've made enough so that I could build a deck out of them. They are simply cards that are in existence to her, and they will come in and out of her deck. However, when they do, I will make it clear what is going in and what is going out when she edits, and I will also have a thread linked to her current deck list.

 

...Once I actually make one, that is.

Biography: Nick was naturally born a dark child. He was born in the poor district of a rich city, and he was always just so angry that he would never be them. So angry that one day, he went slightly insane, screaming in the town square at everyone his age why they were so much luckier than he. His mind slowly decomposed, and as it did, so did the person he knew himself to be. He dressed differently, got a few tattos and died his hair a jet black. He eventually became this tool of destruction, his powerful ability to duel eventually became his life in the Ordo Everto. His mission is now to sap all of the people who were born better than him, and bring them to his knees in anguish as he shows them the misery they should have faced. Despite all of this though, he is most jealous of those with love. He will not die until he finds love, he has promised himself, but what can a monster like him find in the form of love?

It's like you think I care... My logic behind this is that Chacu can finally give him power, power that he never had, and now he can do all of these things that he was unable to fix in his life. It's like a "Gaining things I used to be envious of, but using them for all the wrong reasons." Plus I know what I'm doing in an RP so, you should probably hop off. Plus, if you wanted Sloth to use Chacu so bad, you probably should stop complaining at me and have taken the position.

Wicked God: The Wicked Dreadroot

Biography: Akio Nyuhara was once a member of a traveling circus. He was the makeshift psychic who always told people what they wanted to hear. Everytime he earned any kind of salary, the head carney would normally take all of the money away as "protection". This created a slow rage that builded up within Akio.

 

At the age of 10, Akio received a very strange tip from a cloaked man. The tip wasn't any form of money, it was a card known as "The Wicked Dreadroot." Akio felt powerful holding the card, and as he placed it into his deck he knew it would make a very welcome addition to his deck. He smiled as he put it in his deck.

 

Then the boss came in and tried to take the card. In a rage, Akio grabbed the closest thing towards him and stabbed the boss. Sadly, the closest thing he had was a knife for a juggling act. The boss fell and had blood going down his chest. People had heard the boss yell and many ran in, standing and staring in awe as Akio only smiled at the dead corpse. He was sent to a reform school for 10 years. He got out in 7. Dreadroot made sure its power was known and its hatered furthered itself in Akio's heart. Akio just put the card on the ground as the walls began to break. When they completely shattered, Akio once more saw the cloaked man. "Welcome," the man said. Akio smiled and followed the man towards wherever he would take him. Apparantly Akio had a cause, he would be a great leader and destroy the opposition.

 

As they left the building a small rose bloomed up. The rose, for whatever reason, never withered. Akio had visited the area and saw the rose. He plucked it up, smiled, and walked once more towards the hideout.

^ I like the concept. If I was a tad more motivated, I probably would have made my app a tad longer. Then again, I prefer a short backstory, I find it gives my character a lot more breathing room as far as developing goes, because his backstory personality may restrict him from such things. Still, nice app.

Terra eventually joined a duel gang though without any motivation he never truly showed his power, never getting to high in the organization yet never letting his place drop to much either. Terra soon found his Nightmare Tech Dragon and was invited to join the tournament.
