well, in a T.V. show, when the announce says "meanwhile" in an overly dramatic voice, it technically means that the new scene takes place in THE EXACT SAME TIME FRAME as the previous one, so if we apply that not-logic, we will be fine.

How exactly could you trigger a trap in destruction? It doesn't seem to make sense' date=' because if you activated it, it wouldn't be destroyed unless it was a continuous trap and destroyed during the time in which it was active.

Look at the card, that card activates when its destroyed, have you ever seen a chain???

You can't attack after Call of the Haunting because you can't play it in your Battle Phase.

Trimage, with all due respect...do you even know how to play this game? Explain to me why Lucas is not allowed to play a Trap Card during the Battle Phase.

Also, the trap Seth used wasn't being chained. Its effect automatically activates when it is destroyed by a card effect. So you were correct until you asked (in a superior way) whether Serenade had ever seen a chain before.

I've played the game, and I believe you can't use call of the haunting in your battle phase but now that I think about it I might be wrong, and I mentioned about how it was in the effect and that person said how do you use an effect when its destroyed, and I've seen plenty of times when the game will activate an effect chained to that cards destruction. But yes i did say it rude and i will apologies for that I didn't mean to it came out wrong.

Meep.

I thought it was a combination of ground and riding duels. I'll fail epically' date=' since meh deck revolves around Spells that aren't Speed Spells.

In other news, do you mind replying to Saviero, please, evilfusion?

Ground duels are held in more "casual" settings, like Madeline's duel with Kane and Derek's duel with Aster. I actually expect some of the more important plot duels outside of the tournament to be Ground Duels, but no idea yet. The tournament itself will likely use Turbo Duels and those weird Turbo matches.

I agree. Turbo Duels are kind of fun to watch on the show, but Ground Duels are a bit better for RPs. There's merit to both, in my opinion, but I tend to lean towards Ground in most cases. Then again, I have a tendency to shy away from using anime-only or custom cards, so being limited in Spells for Turbo Duels, except for Speed Spells, which I have less knowledge of, can make things difficult aside from an overreliance on Traps.

Well, you're in luck, Trimage, the tournament uses Riding Duels. We dont know what turns the plot will take yet, so plot duels might involve Turbo Duels, too.

I dunno, Blu-Dawn. It's hard enough in most RPs to have -2- people having a duel, without adding 2 MORE people to the fray. It just occurred to me that in all duels so far in the RP, I've been controlling one of the duelists. I hope to get a break for the next duel or two, just so I dont get glares from you guys for hogging all the dueling. I'm not Yusei or, god forbid, Jaden.
