Βyakuya
Reps (meaning reputations) are nothing put levels of showing how nice, helpful, and awesome you are. You can gain them by helping others, or just being awesome or doing things that are likable to others, resulting in gainin 1 rep Neg Reps are the opposites of reps, saying a person not being nice, are breaking rules, and is uncool. some people like this is some way, but others don't to avoid these, follow the rules and be nice, otherwise your current reps will be decreased by 1. Neutrals are saying though someone is nice, they broke a rule or did something wrong. Its like you're in-between. This is somewhat of a warning which tells others to stop doing this or else you are negged. Finally, you are to give a max of 3 per every 24 hours. To add them, just click on a user's reputation, click rate user, then give a postive, neg, or neutral rating and say why. I can also count reps if you want! =)
Enrise
Reps are completely worthless, and do not measure the greatness of a member.Don't worry about it.
