GenzoTheHarpist Posted May 31, 2010 Report Share Posted May 31, 2010 OK, you just topped your card trader to get rid of the AM that's been sitting in your hand all game. Guess what, you can't use it. I'd rather not play it only for it to be instantly taken out, because any deck worth anything can destroy spells whether with Besti, junk destroyer, hyunlei, lyla, etc... Facing a good deck, that card trader is not going to trigger. The discard is the hollowist argument i've ever heard. Assault Teleport ALSO does that. I am dead serious when I say you could be running short circuit in this deck, and it would be scarcely worse than running card trader. It can't "constantly cycle any card you don't want into one you potentially do want". In all likelihood you will play it, and it will be gone befor you do anything.
