Ok, the end date has been reached! And here is the independent evaluation for each member. I was kind of harsh grader on this one just because I didn't want any ties :

D.O.K. - Hollows

I really liked this card. It was balanced and very creative, yet with a simple effect. This card gets a 7/10 for balance because although the effect is strong and the requirement obscure it is still kind of easy to chain to your own cards. This might be able to OTK but the cost at the end balances it out a little. Usefulness gets a 9/10 and who knows the cost could come in handy. OCG is 5/5 there was only a minor mistake in the first sentence but nothing much. Creative gets a 4/5.

D.O.K. Silence

I thought this card had an interesting effect but there were some problems. This card gets 5/10 for balance because any monster that cannot be destroyed in battle without some negative side effects would be limited. It gets a 8/10 for usefulness because of course, not being destroyed in battle is useful, but the other effect doesn't amount to much ATK or DEF. OCG is a flawless 5/5. Creativity is 2/5 sorry I didn't think much thought was put into it.

D.O.K. Rage

This really got my attention. Very simple effect yet very creative for such a low ATK monster. For Balance it gets 8/10 because although the high ATK could account for some mean combos, it leaves you totally vulnerable next turn. Versatility gets a 7/10 because although it's effect is powerful it will take up deck space because there aren't any really good effects that can be used in conjunction to this card. OCG is flawless 5/5. Creativity gets a 4/5 and I really like the simplistic flare that the 0 DEF and Tuner give it.

Lol what you didn't specify what is "army of dark matter". I have no idea what this does so it is disqualified.

 

Raza, Arial Spy of the Sea Serpents:

This is quite a clever card. Balance gives it a 10/10, this card is not overpowered in any way. Versatility however gets a 6/10. This card felt like something was missing. With only the possibility to see your opponent's hand, I can find literally No cards that would directly benefit from this. And the effect is underpowered anyway. OCG isn't good gets a 3/5. It isn't advanced summon, it's tribute summon. And you don't choose the effects, you could either put "depending on the result.." or nothing at all. Look at arcana force for reference. Creativity gets a 4/5 i thought it was a very unique effect ^ ^

Animal Planet - Earth:

 

This card has simplicity but it isn't very creative or playable. Balance gets 10/10 nothing overpowered about this card. However, versatility gets 3/10. It's effect is almost entirely useless. Something with 2850 ATK would be most likely to be taken out by an effect. I could see that it might work with Wild Nature's Release but still, a 2 tribute monster that can't be destroyed by battle isn't helpful. OCG gets 5/5 just switch around applied with normally but it still gets all 5 points for that. Creativity gets a 2/5 i'm sorry I wasn't very impressed with this card.

Ninja Toads:

 

This card has an interesting effect. Unfortunately this DOES NOT count as a simple effect so this will automatically be docked 2 points. Balance recieves a 4/10 because this card is horribly overpowered in a Frog deck or alone. The requirement is easy and also counts as a SS which doesn't help this case. And since it can tribute itself for it's effect it can inflict a 1000 point damage or destroy a monster on the field, it's too powerful for such an easy requirement. Versatility gets a 10/10 for obvious reasons -_-. OCG gets 4/5 it was hard to read, water is WATER and use some periods. Creativity gets a 4/5 even though the effects are varied I've seen them a lot before.

Not much to say about this card. Balance gets an 8/10. The effect is fine but the stats are WAY off for the level. Versatility gets an 8/10 also it's kinda useful in a stall deck but there are better options. OCG is 4/5 it makes more sense if you use commas and say "destroy 1 monster your opponent controls." Creativity is 2/5 effect isn't very interesting.

Unarmed Ninja:

 

Interesting simple effect. Balance gets 8/10. It's pretty fair although it makes Ben Kei decks really good. Versatility also gets 9/10 it's really useful with Equip spells and i could see this card being used. OCG 5/5 don't see any serious things. Creativity is 4/5 i like your style ^ ^

Battle Spirit:

 

This card is similar to and makes more overpowerd megamorph. Balance is 2/10 the Double ATK thing and easy requirement would make it even more powerful than megamorph. Versatility would obviously be 10/10 then. OCG is 4/5, for the last sentence you have to put "or this card is destroyed" for some resolve if you CAN'T pay. Creativity is a 2/5 it feels like you tried to balance out the underlying, bland effect with some LP costs.

Pokemon: Pikachu:

 

Well, big suprise that mewtwozz would submit a pokemon theme :D. This card is well balanced. It deserves a 10/10 for balance. Versatility gives this an 8/10 it is similar to the Watt archetype but I don't see a major role it could fill. OCG is flawless 5/5. Creativity is 3/5 it's effect is not too long or too short but I've seen these kinds of effects alot before.

Red Eyes Midnight Dragon: Disqualified I specifically said no archetype supporting. No worries, your other 2 cards got pretty good scores.

 

Pokemon, Zapdos, Bird of Lightning:

 

Intersting Effect. Balance gets a 7/10 even though it is 2 tribute destroying all your opponent's S/T every turn for a small cost is a little much, plus the other effect. Versatility gets a 10/10 this card could easily fit into Watts or maybe even Low Level Fairies. OCG is flawless 5/5. Creativitiy is 4/5 i like the varied 2-part effect.

Terminal Tuner:

 

VERY intersting. Balance gets a 7/10. This card can be easily brought out by bird of roses, and with 2 tuners in your grave you can immediately destroy 1 card which is slightly overpowered, including the last effect which means you might be able to summon it again even easier next time. Versatility gets a 10/10, the requirements are strange and many people may consider running more tuners if this card was released. OCG is flawless 5/5. Creativity also gets a 5/5 :)

Young Magician - Neon of the Black Faith:

 

I absolutely <3 this card. Like a magical explosion in monster form. Balance is 10/10, this card is totally fine here. Versatility is 8/10. It can be used in many places, and although it isn't competitive enough to be used in Magical Explosion type decks or be searched by Mystic Tomato, you can use this card with Fortune Ladies and Witch of Catoblepas and Fate. OCG is a Flawless 5/5. Creativitiy is a 5/5, It's simple but already it shows some creative flair and innovation, with an effect like I've never seen before.

Innovative Effect. Balance is 9/10. It has that slight chance of being abusable but it is quite balanced. Versatility is a full-blown 10/10. This card is very useful in many kinds of decks and especially since it's wind and some good wind monsters activate effects when they're tribute summoned. OCG is 5/5 the first bit is unnecessary but it doesnt' make it hard to understand. Creativity is 5/5 i really like this card's style.

Playing with the Devil:

 

Oh boy. Balance gets a 1/10. This card is so horribly OP'd that it makes so many OTK's super easy. Versatility would have to be a 10/10 then. OCG is 4/5, this card cannot be a Counter Trap because it doesn't respond to anything. Creativity is 3/5.

Lone Wolf Shaman:

 

This card is quite simple but creative. Balance gets a 10/10. Versatility gets a 8/10 because the effect is kind of situational but it might just save you, all depending on your opponent's type of deck. OCG is 5/5 again, not docking points but the first bit is unnecessary. Creativity is a 4/5 although quite intersting this is kind of like the splendid venus.
