"I don't believe I've seen you before..." He answered confusingly.

"Mind you' date=' my memory is rather hazy, I can't remember what I had for breakfast this morning!"

He laughed at his own joke, which he thought was rather funny.

"Hmm, I should probably get going, maybe I'll see you at the card shop, which one do you work at?"

[/quote']

"Hahahaha, same here" joked Max.

"The shop is in Evergreen Street 24, Yugioh Local Card Shop.

I work nearly all the time there, but I got a few days, but still I go over there when I have nothing to do and help out".

Chris noticed that everybody seemed to be heading toward the card shop. Chris was looking for new ways to improve his deck, or even make a new one. He looked at his deck. I have used this deck way too often, it has been boring to play the last few duels Chris thought to himself. Chris walked back to his house before making his way to the card shop. He looked at his cards, which gave him an idea. Hmm, I think I will use this deck for the time being Chris said as he hopped on his bike, pedaling on to the card shop.

The manager of the card shop texted Max and said that I needed to the Card Shop as there are too many people here. Max told Itsu "Business coming got to go, we can finish our duel next time". Max ran off to the card shop. On the way Max dropped his Lightsworn Chaos Dragon. He went to pick it up when it started too glow. Max was puzzled, what was going on? The card suddenly stopped glowing and it returned to its normal form. Max started to walk thinking about what happened. Max was looking at the card while walking.....and then he tripped over a rock. "Ouch, I should off looked where I went". Max was just at the card shop and then his Lightsworn Chaos Dragon started to glow AGAIN. Max was really confused. Then Max realized that it was just his phone shining when it got a message. He knew that it was the phone....or was it?

Max went over to the shop to see whats going on. There were so many people inside. He went in and saw that Dark End Dragon was in the shop. The manager had found it in a box in the seas while shipping. You see Dark End Dragon was one of the rarest cards created and its worth a lot. Max asked his manager what he was going to do with the card since he didn't duel. He replied " I don't know". Maybe have a duel tournament for it? The manager replied "Ill see". Max carried on in the shop. He saw Chris riding on his bike over to the card shop and smiled.

((Hey Kyosuke Kalin, maybe we can have a short tournament in this rp for the card? if not the manager just sells the card))

I guess a lot of people decided to come to the card shop Chris thought as he walked around the card shop, looking at many different cards. He saw many Infernity cards, as well as Amazoness and Machinas. It seemed everything was here that could start him a new deck. As he made his way to the front desk, he saw a card that intrigued him. Maybe even more then the cards Shinigami had shown. The name was Dark End Dragon. Now this looks like a keeper Chris thought with excitement, then he began to talk to the store worker.

“Hello sir. I was wondering about this card you have here, Dark End Dragon. Are we going to be able to buy this card anytime soon?” Chris asked, wondering what type of response he would get from the shop worker.

"What? Is everyone taking off suddenly or something?" Jenna asked, perplexed. Her previous challenger had disappeared without a trace before the sky had first darkened, Shinigami had announced that he had to get going soon, and evidently the duel that had started was inexplicably being ended. How strange how, despite 3 duels occuring in a very short amount of time, none of them were actually completed.

Very strange. Perhaps the odd occurrence in the park had reminded everyone that they shouldn't stay in one place, or something strange like that.

Itsu, disgruntled, turned off her Duel projector and followed them to the card shop. She was amazedat all of the familiar cards, along with the new ones. She thought to herself. She spied the Dark End Dragon and another card Chris didn't notice: Light End Dragon.

The mysterious woman concentrated, and pressed her hand against the glass separating herself from the cards. A black, shadowy smoke seeped out of her hand and through the glass, touching the cards. As the smoke did so, shadowy versions of the cards leapt out and went into the smoke. Eventually, the smoke returned to Itsu, absorbing back into her.

She then walked out of the card shop, hoping no one noticed what she had just done.

As the card shop grew boring, Chris decided to head back out to the park. It appeared that there were already people there. It seemed that Jenna was there, but the other person seemed unknown to Chris. He walked over to meet the person. “Hello,” Chris said politely as he looked at the cards in here hand. It appeared to be Dark End Dragon! Chris was in shock. “How did you get that Dark End Dragon? I swear it was in the shop!”

The hologram of Dark End Dragon disappeared as it entered the Duel Projector. "Oh, this?" Itsu replied. "This is just a holographic scan of the card for my Duel Projector. She brought out the scans. "I don't use real cards to duel: I use the codes in the lower right-hand corner to upload the card into my Duel Projector's database, allowing me to access it as part of my virtual deck. By scanning the codes on the cards in that store, I now have hundreds more cards in my database."

She then leaped back a few yeards, her Projector ready.

"By the way, my name is Itsu Solace, interdimensional troubleshooter, and I'm itching for a duel with the cards I just added to my deck!"

“Well, if your itching for a duel, you got one right here!” Chris said as he activated his duel disk which a flash of the arm. “Let’s duel! I will go first,” Chris said as he drew his six cards. “For my first move, I will discard Machina Fortress and Red Gadget to special summon the Machina Fortress I just discarded!” Chris said as the machine appeared. “I end my turn with 2 face down cards,” Chris said as he passed the turn onto Itsu.

Jenna sat on the remains of a fallen tree nearby, idly scanning her cards thoughtfully. Near everyone had left by this point, and she was in no hurry to go anywhere. However, she glanced up a few minutes later and blinked in confusion. Two of the people she had met earlier had evidently shown up again, and were engaged in a duel. She frowned a little and watched, taking note of the moves made.

"A cup of tea says this duel ends prematurely," she chuckled to herself, getting up and walking closer for a better view of the duel.

"My turn, and I play Terraforming, allowing me to add Testament of Sin to my hand, which I now activate!"

Testament of Sin

Spell/Field

This card cannot be destroyed as long as you have at least 1 "Malefic" monster on your side of the field. You may control more than 1 "Malefic" monster. All of your monsters must attack each turn. Whenever you remove a Monster Card from play from your Deck or Extra Deck, you may draw 1 card.

A gloomy grey fog rolled in as black and white pilalrs erputed from the ground. The white pillars had back markings, and vice-versa.

"Now I remove Light End Dragon and Dark End Dragon from play to Special Summon Malefic Light End Dragon and Malefic Dark End Dragon from my hand!"

Malefic Light End Dragon

LIGHT/Dragon/8/2600/2100

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 "Light End Dragon" from your Extra Deck. There can only be 1 face-up "Malefic" monster on the field. Other monsters you control cannot attack. If there is no face-up Field Spell Card on the field, destroy this card. Once per turn, you may decrease the ATK and DEF of one of your opponent's monsters by 1500 until the End Phase.

Malefic Dark End Dragon

DARK/Dragon/8/2600/2100

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 "Dark End Dragon" from your Extra Deck. There can only be 1 face-up "Malefic" monster on the field. Other monsters you control cannot attack. If there is no face-up Field Spell Card on the field, destroy this card. Once per turn, you may destroy 1 card on the field.

Two huge dragons descended from the fog. One was white with black armor that had white markings, while the other was the inverse. (2600 ATK) (2600 ATK)

"I draw 2 cards from my little summoning, but let's stay focused. I activate my Malefic Dark End Dragon's effect, destroying your left face-down!"

A black fog erupted from the lower mouth of the monster, consuming the face-down card.

"Next I activate my Malefic Light End Dragon's effect, lowering the ATK and DEF or your monster by 1500!"

A shining light erupted from the gem on the dragon's headpiece, damaging the Fortress.

"Now I attack you with my dragons!"

Max said "We dont know yet"

Max ran out of the shop to see the duel. "WHAT..... You have Malefic Dark End Dragon. The only way to summon him is with..........DARK END DRAGON! How is that possible"? Max ran into the shop, took the camera and replied what happened a few minutes ago. He saw what Itsu had someone how copied the Dark End Dragon and Light End Dragon which was on another side. Max was thinking of calling the police because card copying is not allowed. Max was about to call the police when he stopped. He went outside and said to Itsu "I saw you copying the cards which is against the rules. I can call the police but give me a reason why I shouldn't"

"Maybe I can tag in and duel with Chris? If we win you will take the Dark End Dragon, Malefic Dark End Dragon, Light End Dragon and Malefic Light End Dragon and tare them into loads of pieces. If you win you can keep the cards but no more stealing. If you do not accept I will call the police. How about it Chris? It will work like this, Chris's LP will go in half and ill get the half. The turns will go as, Me, Itsu, Chris, Itsu, Me, Itsu, Chris and so on. In order for Itsu to win she has to reduce bout of our LP to 0".

"There are a number of things that are utterly nonsensical about that idea," Jenna interrupted blandly, looking over at Max. "Firstly, there is absolutely no reason to tag into a duel that is already underway, least of all by dividing one player's lifepoints, which only handicaps you both, not levels the game out. If nothing else, you would start with full and she would get a 4000 LP boost. Secondly, if you paid attention to the current state of the duel, you will see that, unless one or both attacks underway are prevented, Chris will be taking 4200 points of damage this turn."

Jenna looked over at Itsu, pointedly at the fact she did not actually have physical cards. "Secondly, she doesn't even USE cards, thus your wager of her destroying cards is just plain weird, and you similarly have no evidence she is doing anything wrong in the first place because counterfeit or 'copied' cards don't work. Did I mention she doesn't use physical cards?"

She looked over at Max again. "So, as a neutral observer...what the hell are you talking about?"

Itsu blushed. "Actually, that statement isn't entirely true..." She placed her right hand where her heart would be, and pressed against her breast, causing her hand to sink into her bodysuit like some sort of liquid. After reaching around in her torso for a few seconds, she pulled out an actual, physical deck of at least 120 cards.

"My Malefic cards are actually hard copies that are stored here, in this collection of cards. I have gone across countless worlds, copying cards to not only add to my database, but to create Malefic counterparts of these cards. But, I only do this to cards that are tainted by darkness, like some of the cards in that shop. They were so alluring because they wanted you to use them. That way, they could corrupt you. I'm only removing the darkness and giving it an actual, tangent card of itself, a shadow of a card, if you will. That's why my Malefic monsters seem so robotic and have armor on them: they are incomplete, and need part of my power to create a new card of their own."

"Now, where were we in this little duel of ours?"

“Ha ha, too bad the face down card you destroyed wasn’t my Mirror Force!” Chris said as his face down card flipped up. “You just activated my trap card! Now your monsters are destroyed and the scales tip in my favour!” Chris said as the two Malefic monsters were sent to the graveyard “Let’s see you get out of this mess now!”

Itsu was very calm as her monsters were destroyed.

"Alright. I see how we're going to do this. I remove Yamata Dragon from my deck to Special Summon Malefic Yamata Dragon in Defense Mode."

Malefic Yamata Dragon

LIGHT/Dragon/7/2600/3100

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 "Yamata Dragon" in your Deck. There can only be 1 face-up "Malefic" monster on the field. Other monsters you control cannot attack. If there is no face-up Field Spell Card on the field, destroy this card. When this monster inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, draw 1 card.

A huge armored, 8-headed serpent slithered in next to Itsu, hissing at its opponent as it settled into a defensive posture to protect its master, waiting to strike at any attackers. (3100 DEF)

"I draw a card thanks to my Testamant to Sin, and I set a face-down card, then I end my turn."

Itsu: 4000 LP

Hand: 3

Monsters: Malefic Yamata (3100 DEF)

Spells/Traps: Testament, 1 FD

Graveyard: Malefic Light End, Malefic Dark End, Terraforming

Removed From Play: Light End, Dark End, Yamata

"But seriously, Mirror Force? I can count on my fingers the number of duelists who DON'T use that overrated card! I myself am on that list, just letting you know! I have my own ways of dealing with would-be attackers, such as my little face-down here."

((I planned to have a tournament, that's when the Shenanigans will happen))

Shinigami got back to his house and began to look through the cards in his deck.

How could these has caused so much destruction?

He lay on his bed, pondering so many things, whether to use that deck anymore.

"It's still bound to Kyosuke, I can feel it."

He looked into his draw and picked up another deck, he scanned through the cards...

"This... is it."

He left his house and headed for where Jenna and the others were...

Jenna rolled her eyes at Max's persistence. "I think you missed the point," she said blandly to him. "There's just no point or real benefit to joining a duel that's in progress. Neither of them jumped at your offer the first time, so just let them have their duel without interruption. They seem more than capable of playing the game by themselves."

After a pause, she raised an eyebrow. "Are you just that incredibly eager to duel someone you want to interfere with a game that's already started? Do you have a random grudge to defeat Itsu? You had your chance to duel her earlier before running off without finishing the game. Find someone who's not dueling to duel, or wait until this one is finished to challenge one of them."

Jenna mulled over his words, deciding that it wasn't worth continuing the debate, particularly because she didn't know everything, or indeed much of anything, about Itsu and how she acquired her cards. However, she was willing to accept the duel challenge.

"Sure, may as well," she said, flipping on her Duel Disk, the arm of the disk extending into the activated mode. She reached down, plucked her deck from her hip and slid it into the deckslot. The LP counter rose to the default 4000 and she casually flicked five cards from the top of her deck into her hand, taking a few steps to the side for the dueling field.

"I hope you don't mind me declaring 'ladies first'," she said, allowing a small smile and drawing. Inspecting the card she drew, along with the ones in her hand, she smiled.

"Howling Insect!" she stated, placing a card on her disk. A small ring appeared before her and a large brown insect emerged from it, hissing in Max's direction. (Lvl 3, EARTH, ATK: 1200 DEF: 1300)

"Next, I activate the field spell, Spider Web!" she continued, an extra slot extending from the blade of her disk and she placed the card upon it. Large silk strands extended from the center of the field, creating a massive web around the two duelists and the monster. "Lastly, I set 2 cards facedown and end my turn!"

As the duel disk opened Max prepared his deck, "WHAT" shouted Max, "I took the wrong deck, ah well Ill use this one so.

I set 3 cards face down and summon out my Mystic Tomato.

I could attack but I know what your card does, So I wont attack. Ill end my turn."

Jenna nodded simply, untroubled by either his move, nor his deck change. "My turn, then. Draw," she slid a new card to her hand. "I summon Insect Knight!" she announced, placing the newly drawn card onto her disk. The circular portal of light appeared and a large bipedal insect emerged, wielding a wicked blade and a shield. (Lvl 4, EARTH, ATK: 1900 DEF: 1500).

"Insect Knight shall attack your Mystic Tomato," Jenna said, pointing her finger forward. The knighted monster hissed and lunged towards the fat tomato, raising its sword in preparation to strike.
