card 2 is alot mroe simple, however probably not as useful as tribute summons arent often performed, so im going down to focus on ocg my votes for psychos, soz maha =( but it was close

This is a difficult one because they are very different monsters. One is a Level 8 beat-stick and the other is a Level 4 tactical card. I like Psycho's effect, but it's bland compared to the myriad of effects Mahandra's card has. Also, both cards have a few OCG errors.

 

I'll vote Mahandra because it's a more interesting slew of effects.

1 Level 4 or higher FIRE and DARK monsters you controL MEANS 1 lv 4 or higher Fire and 1 lv 4 or higher Dark monsters,if you just only write that it is allowed. Also Life Points u can write just a Points

By the result, Mahandra's Card is a complicated balanced card while Psycho's Card is a simple card with no drawback. Both are good, but i choose Mahandra's Card because it has a hand refreshing effect and because of that, it gives more flexibility and more useful in a Duel.

 

I vote for Mahandra's Card. ;)
