My inspiration was probably are cherry blossoms.

 

 

Anne admired the cherry blossoms, despite the fact that she was in a wheelchair and going to die very very soon on account of her illness.

"Oh my goodness me Ernesto you scared me." said Anne as she turned around, despite the fact that she was in a wheelchair and going to die very very soon on account of her illness.

"AHAH" Ernesto flipped a card that was a trap that destroyed Anne's monster which was themed around cherry blossoms. "Now do you understand my power Anne--"

 

Anne died on account of her illness. Ernesto shed a tear of sadness but wiped it away before anyone saw and ran away with Anne's cherry blossom themed cards.

At least Anne's instant death was better than those characters who allegedly have a terminal disease that never kills them or even seriously hinders them. Everyone from Laura Roslin to that Chinese guy from Code Geass does that.
