Ultimajk
Depends on the particular tin. Like the old cyber dragon one then heck yeah.
Dark Supreme
Depends on The tin, check if the card you need is worth it and check the boosters inside,if they are worth that..then buy it,tho i never bought a tin.
Orochi
tins are a good way to get specific cards that you can't pull from boosters all the time... Â anyway, they can be a two-edged sword, because you can get the card but on the boosters you can get only bad cards...
Junk Raver
I think no, unless the tin countains 1 of your fav cards. I myself bought the Insect Queen tin as i adore insect queen ^_^
Shaco
A few years back I the tins used to come out around my B-day, so I would spend all of my B-day money buying all of the 6 tins. Â Now of course I realize that's a horrible use of money, I should be buying either multiples of a good tin, or just packs I need (Assuming I'll be buying Yugioh Cards)Â I do like the Cyber Dragon tin though. (and the CB Pegasus tin. Although I didn't need to buy one (pulled 1 and traded for 2 [FOTB])
Lucas Maximus
Yh totally i got a rocket warrior tin, a while back, and you get great boosters and cards.
Dark Supreme
Oh yea dont buy a tin while it did not finish more than 1 month in stores or else there will be MAJOR mistakes in the card (name!) .
Purple Dinosaur
I say yes seeing as they only want to put valuable cards that some people cannot get their hands on in Booster packs or even introduce new cards that will make the tins sell even more. EX: Destiny Hero Plasma, The 2004 and 2005 tins, etc. I wonder if the TCG has ever considered making tins featuring a Specific Spell or Trap card... I only buy tins if they look like they're worth it. I go on www.mikeloda.safeshopper.com and check out the prices there and compare the price on the featured card alone on the price of the tin at the store. For example, on that particular site, Grand Neos (Secret Rare) is worth about 10$. If the Grand Neos Tin at the store is 30$ or even 25$, I will have pretty big doubts that it would've been worth it to buy. Final Analysis: Tins are a great way to get the cards you want but the Booster Packs inside are a total mystery waiting to be solved... God GAK
Well, some tins are worth it. The CyDra was. The Neos definitely wASN'T. Plus, you can get some great cards from a tin: I had bought my cousin an Uria tin and that's what he pulled: Cyber End Ultimate Rampart Blaster UltimateRaviel UltraDouble Dude SuperCyber Phoenix Super I was like WTF???

Dragon Master
yes because u get 5 packs which r 20 pucks alone and card which is hard to get
Cyber Altair
i believe they are as the are less costly and faster to make a quick deck and you can get some of the rarest cards easily.
Flame Dragon
tins are worth in most cases. Most cards you get are really are to get. But most of the cards you get are for deck types. Alot for E.Hero (like WTF, they make a Neos tin?) so unless you have that kind of deck they aren't that useful. Â If you look at this years tins you get 2 E.Hero and 2 cards for CB, and 1 for Volcanic and 1, I guess you can say, for D.Heros. But still it makes really rare cards easier to get and that's all that really matters.
Static
Only buy them if you own a scale that can weigh them, and even then, your better off just weighing packs.
aretha
Well, it depends. You should compare the price of the tin to the total price of the booster packs, and the variant card combined, and see which one gives you a net gain. Abstract [Atrocity]
I know a store where you can buy a tin and get 5 booster packs free... If you an find a deal like that, buy a tin. But if you're gonna get ripped off, don't buy one.
bnvkte
i think you ppl are putting too much tough into this my pal got a tin and got an ultimate dogma so its just you luck abd you get a good card admitadly i think the older tins where better but thats just me but yes wooh for tins i love em
The Slime Lord
If you want the single card featured on the tin and a place to put a few hundred cards, then sure. Getting 5 packs is also a pretty good deal. If for some reason the tin is more than $30, I'd probably think about it for a while. But if the tin is $20, sure. If it is the Jinzo (if they even make that anymore) or the Cyber Dragon tin, GET IT! I personally don't buy anymore cards anyway. :P
