Jecht looked at Matthew, still scared apparently. "Listen." He said sitting down on the floor again. "I kinda know what you're going through." He swallowed hard and took a deep breath. "Well, I grew up on the streets. My parents put me out when they discovered my "abilites". " He paused, not looking at Matthew anymore, staring at the ground. "When I was there, I came back to see them, hoping they would take me in again. They said no. My powers sort of took control . . ." There were tears starting to form now. " I killed them . . . by accident of course but . . ." He trailed off this time not to continue. "I put myself through discipline, I had to teach myself. Through failure after failure. But you. You have the chance to have someone who understands you. I can teach you."

[Jeroukoo]

"DETENTION IF YOU DON'T SHOW ME YOUR POWER RIGHT NOW!" Mr.Massey was furious and completely red. Jason slowly opened the cap from his lighter. There, the flame burned. He quickly grabbed the flame and extended it into a ball. He threw it at Mr.Massey and it was right next to his face. He pulled it back and grabbed the flame again. This time he changed it into a dragon that flew over the crowd while breathing fire throughout the gym. It roared as the flames caught on the gym. Jason then made them disappear quickly. There was silence. Jason went back into the crowd.

[Jolta]

"Hold on, I never actually showed my powers to everyone, only that guy...." Soon, Otto's name was called by Mr. Massey. But Otto wasn't there. Otto merged with the ground and went back to the gym. She then said, "Sorry fellas, I forgot about this..." she emerged from the ground. "This isn't phasing, I'm merging with objects. With this ability comes many others..." She took out a Crystal. "Look over here fellas..." She placed the crystal on her skin and it sank like a stone. "Don't be shocked..." Her arm was covered with crystal. She shot crystal shards into the air. her hand went back to Normal and the crystal dropped to the floor.

 

"Crystal Manipulation isn't my ability. Pleae note that..." she merged with the walls. "Anything with a greater area than me, on the other hand... I will be in that object." Being able to control the wall, she carved a formula on the wall. a very hard one. In fat, she carved a lot of difficult stuff lots of people couldn't do, such as the first 1249 digits of Pi. "Don't punish me for vandalism, I'll fix that," Otto removed the carvings from the wall. The wall was back to Normal. Otto emerged from the wall and went back to her seat.

"Everyone has such better control then I do....geez, that makes me feel a lil' more insecure then usual, but maybe if I keep disappearing like I did last time no one will have to know I'm here.....wait...this isn't just a school...this is a prison....I'd have to stay invisible....forever" He had no idea what he would do, his training so far had been useful, but of course, to what purpose other then making sure his powers were in check. "If I want to survive in this place.....I'm gonna have to do it...I have to make a friend.....hmm, but who?" he had just seen the girl that could pretty much alter matter, and decided. "I could try....but how do I make myself noticeable?" an idea sparked in his head, he stood up and began clapping obnoxiously, as if he were a fan of this girl, and that does not help......at all.

[Jolta]

"My my, looks like someone's my biggest fan," Otto saw her "fan" clapping. "I am interested to be your friend. What is your name? You must be looking for a friend like me..." the beautiful girl said. She then pinned up her hair and tied it into Twintails. "There are a lot of reasons why my previous school require us to do this. Lets just watch the people have fun."

 

What could this guy do again? I sorta forgot..." Otto thought.

"oh crap....I didn't think this through...did I? now what do I say? wait a sec, she wants my name...very well, that should be easy enough...but don't say it stupidly, you get one chance." he tries to smile and states. "Zavara Josep is name......." he stops himself for a second, and his aura appears around him completely turning everything around him dark but this time a set of huge wings appear around him and wrap around him as if trying to conceal him. In his mind he could only think one thing."Crap....I messed up.....now she'll think I'm stupid....."

[Jolta]

"What happened, Zavara? Reality warping? That's the strongest ability I've ever seen. its a good thing I can merge with biological objects too..." Otto decided to risk her life for her new friend. She merged with Zavara by merging with his wings first. "Oh, I see, he manipulates darkness! It is possible his weakness is light." Otto, having merged with Zavara, was able to use and control his powers. She reversed what he did. Then, she unmerged with Zavara in one piece.

 

"Sorry if I embarassed you, friend," she replied. "I believe I'm not the only one who's able to help you. Nice to meet you, the name's Otto Pebelope Joltingson, if you didn't hear my name."

"did...did she just deactivate my powers? how? I know she can enter objects, but control me as well...that's....really...cool!" How did you do that?I mean, that was the most amazing thing I've seen! manipulating whatever you can enter is actually the best power here in my opinion" it was the first time he was able to talk normally to someone other then his family, but now that all formalities were out of the way he noticed something totally different.....this girl, happened to be extremely attractive..."okay, don't lose focus...you actually managed to talk normally for once" he took in a deep breath and tried to talk with an unclouded mind. "You have a nice name. Mine just drags on...." he tried to liven the mood from his craziness for a while. He couldn't exactly go around making friends if he scared them all away. "and my first name is Joseph actually....Zavara is my middle....I just got nervous"

"Thank you for the compliments. You're too kind. You do have a nice name too. Catchy. I did have difficulties controlling my powers at first, merging with anything I touched with my hands. Please do seek me if you need any help." Otto then winked at him.

 

"Now, lets watch the other people do their stuff..." Otto watched the display of powers...

It was a bit comforting to know that he would be able to have help controlling his power, but of course he wondered how long this "process" would be, and if she would ever get sick of having to help him. But for now he just needed to concentrate on the stage, there were other students still showing their abilities, many with abilities that seemed useful such as telekinesis and others that were unorthodox....such as melting oneself. " and even then I wish I had that guy's power" Joseph stated about the student who had just come down, what else could surprise him?

Kyosuke entered the principal's office to talk with him. They had a long and engaging talk but the Principal finally cracked and let Kyosuke do his own private studies wherever he wanted, he had the highest IQ in the school and he seemed to have no problem with it. Kyosuke then stepped outside the office as he was told to inform all of his teachers about this. So the closest class would be gym. He walked to there hearing a lot of commotion. As he entered, there was two new stdents, Kyosuke walked right passed them and fixed his glasses as though taunting him, with everyone in the room's hair standing up he could safely assume that one of them controlled electricity. After an obvious taunt, he went to the teacher, Mr. Massey, and gave him the note about excusing him from all of his classes. "WHAT? This is insane! You cannot skip out on all of your classes!" he yelled it out loud at Kyosuke.

"Sorry, principals orders~." Kyosuke said as he turned around and was getting ready to leave. Mr. Massey was obviously pissed off as Kyosuke walked right pass the doors of the gym.

[Joey Miles]

joey had watched what otto had done and his mouth hit the floor. she had helped him stop his powers from acting up. he walked over to the pair and in his head prayed that he wouldnt act weird agian.

"hey guys I'm joey i would shake your hand but im pretty sure you dont want to get shocked." joey said but in his mind he was cursing himself for being so weird. "I was a little late today so i was wondering who you guys were after i saw what you were able to do." he said pointing at otto.

Shawn didn't pay any attention to shoving Mihael. In fact, he didn't even know he came in contact. As he was standing there, next to his chair, he was watching the different students show their powers. When suddenly, a kid burst in, it was Joey. Shawn quckily flung his head towards the kid. He looked him up and down, analyzing him. When the kid tripped and sent a electric pulse that made his hair stand up. Shawn looked up at his hair, his Wolf Aura appeared giving him fangs, as he growled. He then with his right hand fixed his hair. Not wanting to have other outta control 'mutie' mess with him. He grabbed his bag and walked out of the Gym as Jason was entering. Mr.Massey didn't notice as he was focused on Joey, and Jason. Shawn was walking through the halls as he analyzed everything that went passed him. When he came to an interesting sight, a little 'garden', in the shape of a footprint. It was starting to die, with no water or soil. Shawn bent down to one knee, to examin it closely. When he noticed more, and more, all heading in the same direction. Shawn had a puzzled but rather intreging look on his face. He got up and began to follow them. When he came to a door, he looked throught the small window and saw to students. He quickly put his back against the wall. And inched foward, till he could see what was happening. He was just in time to see the sappy speach by Jecht. It acctually brough a tear to his eye. Shawn could relate to the parents not taking you back cause of your power. Due to the fact, After 5 years after escaping his captors the government. He tried to get them to take him back, but they didn't...

As soon as Shawn noticed the tear running down his cheek, he quickly wiped it off and straightened his composer. Shawn stood right at the door and flung it open, the other two seemed to look over at him. Shawn, surprisingly, was not staring as he normally would do. "You, plant hugger," Shawn said pointing to Matthew. "Obviously, these footprints tell me you can't control your powers. Everybody has gone through it, and trust me and Jecht, I think." Shawn said curiously looking towards Jecht trying to remember his name. "It is much harder to learn by yourself then with someone whos gone through it. So grow us, face you can't control your powers. And ask for help like a man." Shawn said. But still surprising he was completely honest about what he said. And he wasen't as rude as he had been in the past. Shawn knew Jecht probably didn't want his help, but Shawn didn't care. It was for helping Matthew, and to Shawn at that fleeting moment. That was all that mattered.

[Compass]

Matthew backed out, towards a window. "You don't understand. I haven't been able to control my power since my birth. Enough is enough. I need to calm down, or there's a good chance that I'll bring the school down. Don't follow me. You both scare me, and I don't like being scared!" With that, he flipped open the window, jumped out, and, hitting the ground running, left in a hurry. I need to go someplace nobody would ever consider going, even if their lives depended on it...of course! The greenhouses!

Shawn sighed, "Jecht, don't follow him. He needs to straighten his mind out, think about it. The important thing is, he knows you and, I are willing to help." Shawn said, he softly said the word, "I", hopeing Jecht wouldn't hear it. As Shawn was still a little bit nicer then normal, Shawn said. "Well, I don't think you and I have been properly introduced. I'm Shawn Orton, my power is...". Shawn then paused, and started to wonder if Jecht even cared. So he stopped, and just waited to see how Jecht would respond.

Jecht thought it was a bit strange how Shawn had trailed off when it came to Shawn's power, but just shook it off. "I'm, Jecht Kyne. I can create and manipulate water and ice." He replied and a small orb of water appeared in his left hand. It changed into thing disc. The disc of water froze and Jecht crumbled it into smitherines. "Its a pleasure to meet you." He said but glanced at the window. He was very curious as to where Matthew had gone off to but returned his attention to Shawn.

Kyosuke decided that in order to increase his knowladge, he should probobly work with plants to enhance gardening skills, of which he has none, but he has read about it in many books. "Well, Maybe I should check out the greenhouses." Kyosuke stepped outside and walked towards the greenhouses. Kyosuke walked for a while and visited one of the greenhouses, he took care of some Venus fly traps and lily flowers until he noticed that someone else came storming into the neighboring greenhouse. "How many greenhouses does this school have anyway?" kyosuke thought. He then walked in to see that it was the boy who said he couldn't control his powers. "hmm." Kyosuke then slowly opened the door to the greenhouse. "Excuse me... Matthew was it?" Kyosuke asked smiling at him. "Mind If I come in?" He knew it was a public greenhouse but it seemed like the right thing to do.

[Compass]

Matthew whipped around, as his back was turned and he was busy nursing a small flower back to full health. He spoke, his stutter back in his words: "I...I g-g-g-guess so." He hurried further away from the greenhouse door, taking his little plant with him. Great. Of all the greenhouses this guy has to choose, he choses mine. Matthew knew it was wrong to call the greenhouse his own, but he spent most of his time there, and took care of most of the plants there better then the keeper did.

[Headmaster Monokuma]

"Still nothing." Arron dove through the classrooms, which were currently empty of students. "So large, yet practically void of life." Arron walked through a math room, a history room, the art room, even the band room, and he hadn't found anything even slightly entertaining to do. Nothing, nothing, nothing. There is nothing here. The only difference between my old school and this one is the so-called "freaks". Well, if there are no differences, I don't see why I should come. Nothing my old school taught me was new, why should I believe this place will have new subjects? It was always review this, review that. Test over this for the seventh time. Never anything interesting. Always the same...

As Shawn watched Jecht show off his power his face grew to a large grin. "Showoff", Shawn said in an teasing manner. "No, the pleasure is mine." Shawn said, interesting enough Shawn enjoyed talking to Jecht seeing as how they had gone through similar experiences, even though Jecht didn't know. Shawn turned his head to see what Jecht was looking at. "The kid huh?" Shawn said, "Dumb kid, if he would just admit he needs help...it would be the best... What I would have given for a tutor at that year in my life...Don't you agree?" Shawn wasen't sure if Jecht wanted to know his power or not, so he changed the subject. "Wanna go see how that plant fruit loop is doing?" Shawn said jokeingly.

Kyosuke smiled and came in. He was reading a book while tending to some plants that he had at his old home. "You know," Tada said while watering some plants in a bed, "some of these plants here are from where I used to live!" Tada said happily, "actually these Hydrangeas and that Sakura bed are from my old home, but that is far away from here. I guess you could call them keepsakes." Kyosuke then gave a big sigh, "Although, I am a horrible florist and I hardly have any time to come down here. The last thing I want is for these plants to die..." Kyosuke was trying to convince Matthew to get a little social and help him out, even though he truly didn't need any.

Zack was interested in some of the powers he had seen "(Things are just starting to get interesting..... I wonder what's next.)" Zack thought before continuing practicing his powers, this time summoning a three headed dragon, the dragon grew uncontrollably, when it stopeed growing, it flew around the gym non-stop, breathing fire everywhere,just missing some objects "I-I can't stop it! Come on! Stop you crazy dragon!" Zack yelled.

[Joey Miles]

joey looked up to see the dragon letting loose fire everywhere. a large jet flew towords joey otto and josph promising to hit them. joey slide infront of the two others and put his hands up and focosed.

"Ele-sheild." he said using the relises word to make sure he used the right amount of energy. a large barrior of electricty formed around the three and fire spilled over the sides of it.

"God man get control of that thing!" joey yelled as he let the sheild go. he put his hand out and aimed at the dragon.

"Thundershock!" he yelled letting rip a large bolt of electrity missing the dragon by inchs.

[The White Wolf]

"I'm trying okay!" Zack yelled as a yellow orb appeared in his hands, the dragon burned Zack before he could control it "Ow." Zack stated before collapsing on the floor "That hurt, I'd better not try that again." Zack stated as he got up, smoke coming off of him "I feel like I've been BBQ'ed, well, I guess I kinda am, ow." Zack stated as a blue orb appeared in his hand "Okay, this should make the dragon disa-" Zack wasn't able to finish his sentence before the dragon tried to BBQ'ed him again.

joey watched as the dragon started to bbq zack for the second time. using his unnatural speed joey ran in front of zack. "Ele-sheild." he yelled putting a sheild up trying to protect zack. "Now would be a good time to stop this thing while my sheild holds!" joey yelled allready feeling his flimsy sheild weaking. "Anyone want to help here!" he yelled in frustration.
