I'll enter. This is my Dark Counterpart card of Lava Golem:

 

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 2 DARK monsters on either side of the field and is Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field. This card destroys 1 other card controlled by this card's controller per turn during the Standby Phase. If the card destroyed by this effect is a DARK monster, the controller of this card can Special Summon this card on their opponent's side of the field. If this is the only card controlled by this card's controller during their Standby Phase, destroy this monster and inflict 3000 points of damage to the Life Points of this card's controller.

Without meaning to cause undue offence, your card isn't very good. I think, instead of you being humiliated in front of the harsh markers here on YCM, I should just post a correction, and you can learn that way. Others can correct my correction if it is wrong, but I think you're unlikely to win - my card is already winning in a 1 on 1 contest against Kenta the Forbidden One, who is a Level 5 and a good card maker, but happened to post a weaker card than this one. If you think the contest should go ahead, just say so, but I think it'll be a waste of time - and what's wrong with a prize? If the prize is reps, you don't lose anything by giving them to me. It doesn't take anything from you at all, giving out reps.

 

On to the card.

 

First impressions: Nice picture. I would have said he should be DARK or maybe WIND type, but LIGHT is fine. You have given him the type "assasin". This is spelt wrong - assassin has four s in it. Also, many people here on YCM do not like fake types - ie ones which are not in the original game. Try to keep to the ones on the cards (a summary can be found here). I'm sorry for treating you like you're stupid but I don't know how good you are at children's card games. I'd say this card should be Warrior-Type.

 

OCG:

 

For each monster card in your Graveyard, increase this card's ATK and DEF by 200.

 

I think the correct OCG should be like that.

 

 

All in all, it's a good card. Its ATK and gaining effect are a bit too high for a Level 7 - I'd suggest making the gaining effect only for ATK, and giving it a really low ATK to start off with - see Shadow Ghoul. If it had a low ATK but maybe 9 stars and that ATK gain, it could be a bit more balanced but still deadly towards the end of the duel.

 

In fact, Shadow Ghoul gives us a better OCG template:

Just alter it slightly...

 

Increase the ATK and DEF of this monster by 200 points for each monster in your Graveyard.

 

Or, as per my suggestion for effect:

 

Increase the ATK of this monster by 200 points for each monster in your Graveyard.

 

 

Or you could even try to be original and increase DEF instead of ATK and work out some sort of defence position effect. It's up to you!
