Rendering problem

Whenever I render an image, and add it to a background, how come there is still extra white, here is the render.

And here is what it looks like the on background, is there a way for me to fix this?

Those white spots appear because the image is JPEG format. JPEG sucks. If the image is saved in PNG Format, those white spots won't be there.

I tried to save them as PNG' date=' and I think it is saved at PNG.

And when I try to, all that it allows me to do is JPEG File, and All Files.

 

 

And look, I saved it at PNG, look.

It has to be saved as PNG before JPEG. If you just go and save it again, the white area just stays there. Find another image.
