GraveHorizon
i think miles and all the people not in the church have a different set of people to be with. Yeah. For everyone there' date=' those are the people who were most important to each other. And the other people that were important that aren't there are either not [i']as[/i] influential during their lives and/or are still working on redemption. Except Michael, who is bound to the island as a whispering ghost for who knows how long.

He still has to redeem himself/be forgiven before he can move on, and the people in the church aren't the ones who were most important to him anyway. You could say that everyone there has already gotten over it, but he still hasn't so it wouldn't be right for him to go with them, and he knows it. Felix
Presumably he's going to reconcile himself with Alex and the french woman and maybe some other people. But I still don't know how Clair and Kate flew away on that plain but still ended up in Church. Did it blow up because of the C4 Charles said he rigged it with? But I still don't know how Clair and Kate flew away on that plain but still ended up in Church. Did it blow up because of the C4 Charles said he rigged it with? The C4 was taken by Locke/Smoke Monster and used to blow up the sub. The plane was able to fly out of there just fine after Lapidus fixed everything, so Kate and Claire got away along with Miles, Richard, and Sawyer. They lived out the rest of their lives (however long they were) and once they died they went to the afterlife with everyone else, since they wanted to be with the people important to them. Kate obviously missed Jack, and Claire missed Charlie, so they just meet up in the same place when they die. Maybe it was easier for them (the island people and related) because the island made it easier, as opposed to all the normal people in the afterlife. Assuming it is the afterlife and the other people there are real/dead also, of course. EDIT: Supporting the idea that they lived after the island is the fact that Jack's father said that everyone else there was dead too, and that some died before him (Charlie, Libby) and some long after him (presumably Kate, Desmond, Hurley, etc.). Additionally, when Hurley and Ben were speaking to each other about their jobs on the island after Jack died. I would think Hurley and Ben lived the longest given Hurley's new abilities, and Desmond is sure to have survived when Ben suggested Hurley would be able to help him home instead of keeping him on the island, as per Jacob's way of running things. GraveHorizon
was aaron in the church Yeah... That was confusing. I think that wasn't actually Aaron, since he had already grown up in the living world, but maybe there was just a representation of him for Charlie's benefit, as Charlie never got to see him grow up and he was the major link between Charlie and Claire. That's the only thing I can think of.

GraveHorizon
or he died earlier than we think Umm, no. Aaron was clearly shown to have been raised by Kate for at least three years, after the Oceanic Six got off the island. He was 3 years old, and before Kate returned to the island she gave him to Claire's mother to watch over. It makes sense that Aaron grew up after that, when Claire came back and raised him herself, and he probably had his own life/afterlife with the people important to him (assuming everyone else gets an afterlife too). It doesn't make a lot of sense for him to die and show up as a newborn in the afterlife, so I think it wasn't really him. Is it just me, or should Aaron and Ji Yeon totally hook up when they're older?
Phantom Roxas
Okay, yeah, it's fine to be a fan of toy ships like T.K. and Kari, but Aaron a Ji Yeon, who are toddlers and likely already in the afterlife? No.
GraveHorizon
Okay' date=' yeah, it's fine to be a fan of toy ships like T.K. and Kari, but Aaron a Ji Yeon, who are toddlers and likely already in the afterlife? No.[/quote'] Aaron and Ji Yeon aren't toddlers in the afterlife. They grew up into adults and exist in their own afterlifes as whatever age they were when they died (or the age they were represented by most). Besides that, I can ship whoever the hell I want, and I choose to ship Future Aaron and Future Ji Yeon. It'll happen when they're older. Lightning bolt! I just had an idea. What if Aaron and Ji Yeon have a sequel series, where they go to the island and discover its secrets, with a grown up Walt (played by the already grown actor) doing the "Locke-type" mentor role and an aged Hurley as the retiring island protector? With a cameo appearance (at the very least) by Ben. And maybe Charlie, Desmond and Penelope's son, will join them on their adventure. On a less related note, I recently discovered I am a Tokka shipper. Yes, way after the fact.
Phantom Roxas
I honestly doubt there will be a sequel or whatever, but that explanation makes sense. Off-topic: SokkaXSuki > Tokka.
GraveHorizon
Yeah, I don't really think they'll ever do a sequel either, but if they did, BAM! It's all right there. But of course they'd probably go a different way just to throw everyone off. Likeliness of things being in a sequel series (from greatest to least):A plane crashVincentFlashbacksA second plane crashAppearance by HurleyAaron, Ji Yeon, and/or New CharlieTrek through the jungle complete with marching themeAppearance by BenAn explanation of what the hell Walt has to do with anythingFlashback to Jack on the island at some pointRevealing what the island isAn ending that would satisfy every fan Off-Topic: Sukka can suck it. Tokka rules (after Sukka breaks up post-series). Canon ships are for lamos.
