How many Reps per day?

While waiting for someone to give out Reps and talking with WhiteShadowGod about a limit on Reps per day, I want to ask how many Reps you can give out a day. I think I can give three, but can you get more if you're a higher Level? If so, what are the boundaries?

So Reps are pretty much "free" to give. That's why some members give them to new members every now and then. Too bad only 3 reps per day though.

You can only give out 3 per day regardless of Level.

Not sure if the mods/admin can give out more than that.
