1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner LIGHT monsters

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, non-LIGHT monsters cannot attack during the turn when they are Summoned. Once per turn, you can remove from play up to 2 non-LIGHT monster on the field. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack during this turn.

Once per turn, if "Umi" is face-up on the field, you can discard 1 card and Tribute 1 WATER monster you control to Special Summon 1 WATER monster from your Graveyard with a Level equal to or less than the Tributed monster, except the Tributed monster. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can add 1 "Umi" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

When your opponent Summons a DARK monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand by removing from play 2 LIGHT monsters from your hand or Graveyard. If this card was Special Summoned by removing from play LIGHT monsters form your hand, select 1 DARK monster from your opponents Graveyard and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the selected monsters ATK. By discarding 1 card, you can negate the Summoning of a DARK monster and remove it from play.

You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard by controlling exactly 1 LIGHT monster. The Level of all non-Tuner monsters you control is treated as 1. When this card is used for a Synchro Summon, send a number of DARK monsters your opponent controls equal to the number of non-Tuner monsters used for the Synchro Summon to the Graveyard.

If your opponent controls 2 or more LIGHT monsters and you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. The effects of all face-up LIGHT monsters are negated. When this card is destroyed by battle with a LIGHT monster and sent to the Graveyard, you can remove 1 LIGHT monster in your opponent's Graveyard from play.

Before you say it's OP, I just want to say that It's not that hard to Summon a 2100+ Attacker these days.
