2: i have seen peoples friends in there bio, i was wondering what you consider a friend on the internet? someone you like? someone who you interact with alot?

1) By important, I'm sure you mean stickied. Yes, Mods need to sticky a thread for you if it is popular or beneficial to everyone.

 

2) Friends on YCM are people that you like to talk to, interact with, and have fun together. There are tons of "couples" on YCM. There is Resonating Lust and Clair, Rusty Shovel and YadenYOAI (not sure of name), Metallica. and Creed, etc.

1. PM a mod, and he/she accepts it rarely. If it is, it is stickied.

2. Anybody you interact with a lot in a friendly manner. Put them in your buddy list too.

Basically yes however there are some limits to the amount of stickied threads in some forums.
