[REQ] GIF modification

I want this gif in two versions:

 

1. An avatar size (100 pix by 100 pix) that crops the gif, not simply resized. I do not want it distorted or squished, but cropped. The character must be centred horizontally in the square.

Payout: 50 points, another 50 points if you add "Osaka" on the bottom without obstructing the character and in an aesthetically pleasing way.

 

2. A signature size (rectangular) that crops the gif, not simply resized. I do not want it distorted or squished, but cropped. The character's head must be centred horizontally in the rectangle. You may crop her body up to her collarbone.
