So far I've completed World 1 and have 88 stars. The only disappointment about it is the Final Boss. Way too easy... in fact' date=' the easiest final boss since Dark Nebula.

Thing is, [i']ALL[/i] of the comets are time trials, and those are painfull enough as it is.

TBQH most of the comet stars aren't that bad. Even the time ones aren't that bad.

 

The 8-bit Mario/Luigi level is SUCH a pain. In Galaxy I'm short 4 stars and I know that is one of them.

 

ATM I'm up to that world, and I do not want to start it.

I'm at 187 stars right now. I went and did some of the harder Green Stars first - like the ones in the Legendary Galaxy (yeah, those are a SEVERE pain to get).

 

I cannot wait to tackle the Grandmaster Galaxy.

I saw the Grandmaster Galaxy and it looks fun.

 

Yea, just got my 100s star. Can't do that Stone Cyclone Galaxy. I can get 3 of the stars with out MUCH trouble. My problems start when I go for the Comet Coin, however even even if I get it, getting to number 4 is also a problem.

most of the comet stars aren't that bad. Even the time ones aren't that bad.

The time trials arent really that bad.

Its just... they give you a forced path to follow, if you want to keep going via adding more time.

And its annoying/stupid, when I could just happily mad-dash through a stage, all the way to the end. Like in Mario Galaxy 1 >__>

Well... Rosalina occasionally sends your Luma messages containing 50 Starbits. If you die too much on a stage, she'll appear in a cosmic form to guide you. At the ending, she'll appear to take back your Luma. Bowser was pathetic compared to the first game. I'm not saying first game was impossible, I'm saying Bowser was disappointing.

The funny thing is that I have not even played much of Super Mario Galaxy. I spent some time with her friend, but I have never played through the whole game. I am not a big Mario fan either but I absolutely LOVE this game. The controls are really easy to use.

I have around 170 stars now. The Green Stars in Wild Glide were a real pain to get. I simply can't wait to get the ones in Fleet Glide.

At 117 Stars. Those last 3 are going to be a pain since their all timed purple stars. Granted if I had a player two their difficulty would get cut in like half. Also one of them is the Luigi purple coin run.

Luigi's Purple Coins is the hardest and probably the most notorious map of SMG.

 

I hate it, never got that star in the first game tbrh.

Same. In the first one I know I'm short 4 stars and that's one of them.

I finally got 120. First I've ever hit that mark in a mario game. Working on world 1 now for the green.

I just got all the green stars and the first star for the Grandmaster Galaxy today. Gonna spend all day tomorrow getting my ass kicked by The Perfect Run.

Now sitting at 160 stars (cleared worlds 1 and 2 plus the first two levels in the special world). TBQH the green stars are not that hard to find. You just need to listen.
